I don't have it anymore, but you just touch the leads to the negative and positive ends of whatever you're testing. If it's an American outlet you plug one lead into each of the long holes.
I wasn't using it to test the batteries. I was describing it as being tested, and coming with new batteries. I just copy the titles from the ebay listings, so there was no comma. And you can't use the word new, in any way, in an ebay title of a used product.
@@poppunkpickersebaydemos I know what you ment I was pointing out your a lier because this unit does not use batteries therfore you could not have tested them and certainly it does not come with new batteries.
@@brentsido8822 It had a slot for 3 AAs. I put new ones in when I sold it. I don't know enough about them to say why you would need them when you could just get power from the leads. But that's what I did.
