When going bald and losing your hair it is easy to get into a situation where you feel out of control and aren't sure where to begin in dealing with it. You might be in two minds, should you shave it off or shouldn't you? For some having an open mind to one day shaving off that thin hair and knowing that it is a genuine option for you, one that you could take at any time, can be enough to regain that control. Knowing that you can make that decision at any point can help you realise that there is no set time to go for it. Its all about how you feel. For some just getting it done and out of the way is the best option. For others knowing that one day that can and will shave off their balding hair, can settle the hair loss situation a while longer and allow them to enjoy what they have for as long as they have it.

Quite a tough one to verbalise but I hope this advice can help. As we know its not at all about how much hair you physically have left on your head. Perhaps for some guys just knowing that one day they genuinely can shave it off (meaning they might not have entertained that option but now they know they actually could) might allow them to forget about it for a while and then transition into actually shaving the thin hair off with relative ease. Thanks for watching guys 👍 Much love.
Looking at this young man.I think the shaved look will definetely suit him.So i don't think he needs to stress too much about it
Baldcafe I think it’s a personal choice. I have no problem with even heavily bald people not shaving so long as they feel ok about it
Harry and Campbell,
I love this video. I wish I had seen this when I was 13 years old when I started receding but not yet thinning! By the way, I gave u a shout out at the end of this episode thanking you for commenting on my “ Bloody Marvelous English Accent”. Thank you. I appreciate you more than you know. @baldcafe shut up and accept that you are bald and don't try to convince other to shave his head!!! I don't like this!!

Bro please tell me we’re you got your Sherpa from.im in need of a good jacket.
To be honest i am not even balding but I watch these videos
Glad you enjoy them. Thanks for watching.

Your in denial
Same with me. It’s an issue I just find fascinating. Also I have enormous compassion for people dealing with this
Malcolm X I’m not in denial My friend is hair loss suffering he sent me this channel and I started watching it, look not everyone is confident I have pale white skin when I’m on the beach In Europe I’m the most pale guy you see out there but at the end of the day just embrace the cards you are delt in life and play them hold your head up high with confidence, not matter what life throws at you
I am in his case. I still have lots of hair. Nobody noticed that I started loosing it. But it's always on my mind
Stan75 RAM I hope what’s talked about in this video can help you out a little.
I’m in the same boat hairline going back into M HEAD style no one really notices but I no it’s there and having to go from a quiff style to having it down to cover it.
Stan75
Bro I was in the same situation but then I decided to go for a hair transplant because honestly not everyone can rock a shave head lol but hey why not shave it if you feel comfortable.
will Melendrez did the hair transplant turn out ok? I’m thinking of doing that soon
I can tell you my opinion:
Sometimes when you realize that your hair have some thinning hair somewhere in the head you get paranoic, and you think that baldness is causing your hair to not satisfy your look.
I thought that when i realzed that my right temple have less hair and some thinning. Than i watched that there where some people with hair worser than mine with a way better looking haircut, so i understood that my hair look problem was not related to HL, but due to an haircut that not meets my tastes. So i went to the hairdresser and asked him for an advic. He made me a shorter hairstyle which fits perfectly my head and I love it.
So yes, I have some hairloss but still lot of good hair, so I choose just not to care about hairloss. Until my hair look cool and I like them I won't care about hairloss. If somedays It will be a problem I just will shave them off.
But for now i sugest you, go to do a good haircut and enjoy your hair.
You're a really good dude, thank you for helping men find their confidence again. Respect.
David Angus it’s a please ma. Thank you for the kind words and the brilliant support. This is what keeps Baldcafe the brilliant community that it is ✊
Literally, yesterday I shaved my head because of you and your encouraging videos. Oh, man, I can't thank you enough for your help. Lately, I've been going through an emotional rollercoaster because of my hair. If I had given a chance to share my experience I would love to do that.
Great video, im exactly in this guys position. For me just stumbling across this channel helped me stop worrying about my receding hair line cos i know that when it gets to that point it always looks better after u shave it.
Also took away the feeling of being alone with my problem. Much love
31 and no sign of thinning or recession as of yet. But I still love to watch these videos for their positivity and support. Mainly bc one, there are very few platforms that are focused on support and help (of any kind) with men as the primary focus. And two, I like knowing that if the day ever comes that there are plenty of others there with me and I'll have a place to go to for help.
Exactly, me too.
I tormented myself with the same thoughts you’re having for 7 years. I then shaved my head for a few months last summer and I remember looking at pictures from 3-5 years ago, thinking “Wow I had a full head of hair back then. I can’t believe I spent all that time worrying about going bald.” Even during the time I was shaving my head bald I still had dates here and there, neighbor girls crushing on me, and nobody really seemed to give a shit about my lack of hair except me. I ended up growing it back out and decided to stop being so damn self conscious from that point on. Plus after having been bald for a few months and getting used to it, I knew that option would always be on the table and once I decided to pick up the razor again that everything would be fine and life would go on. Just appreciate what you have while you have it. Right now it doesn’t look like your hairline has receded much at all and you still have a nice full head of hair. Just enjoy what you have while you have it. Be happy. Stop wearing hats for insecurity reasons. You have nothing to hide. Style your hair more. Even try new hairstyles. Now I really am going through male patterned baldness and these are the things that I know that I will miss. So enjoy what you have while you have it and be happy. You look good my friend. If I could go back 5-7 years and give myself some advice in regards to male pattern baldness this is what I would tell myself. Unfortunately I can’t do that, but that’s why I tell all the other young men I can who are worried. Don’t be. Love what you have while you have it. And when you decide that you think you’d look better completely bald, you can shave it and life will go on. Hope this helps somebody. You’re not alone brothers. 🤙🏼 Thanks to Baldcafe for really pushing this movement forward. You’ve done as much if not more for this movement than any celebrity has and I take my hat off to you sir.
Same experience here, couldn't agree any more with your advice.. Shaving for me was great in that it made me realise that life goes on as normal without hair so it alleviated a lot of fear about MPB, but soon after I also realised that I still have plenty of hair and may as well enjoy it, so now I keep it longer, even though it's receded. I will return to the shaved head at some point, but I don't see the point in rushing it right now...I think deep down a man knows when it's time to properly embrace the bald look.
You guys are my people lol. i have the exact same experience, i shaved my head bald for a few months and then i feel like i miss having hair, so i was like fuck it i'll just grow it back no matter how horrible it looks, eventually i'm back with almost hariless crown and thinning top and then i kid you not i got a girlfriend and she said my hair looks nice and she has absolutely no problem with it
Story of my life 😂
Shaved head doesn't suit everyone in my case it doesn't suit me I look terrible than before
I rock my long hair with receding hairline and bald spot. I don’t worry about hiding it and have embraced it. In the future I plan on slicking it back like Jack Nicholson!

Brilliant advice Harry, well done.
Don’t always think if you start receding, you’re going bald. I remember a mate of mine said, ‘Christ you’re receding, by the time you get to 25 you’ll be bald!!!!! I remember being really conscious and worried about this, but hey ho, I’m now 50, and have the same hairline!! I hope this makes some men a bit more positive! 👍 ps if you are going bald, just shave it off! I don’t think there’s as much of a stigma, as it was in the 70s,80s., or 90s. A shaved head is a good look! 👊
You make a good point, I started receding at 18, I’m nearly 36 and hairline not changed much and still have full head up top
Malcolm X exactly buddy!!
Isnt that what they call a maturing hairline? Im hoping thats what I have lmao
pipodedown I hear through your teens you hair matures which I’m hoping the case is for me lol I’ve been taking pictures of my hair for a year I haven’t noticed any change but just wanna be sure
People had amazing hair in the 70s lol, as more generations come more and more % of people are going bald. Sooner or later the whole population will have the balding gene and have to either use meds or go bald.
This channel is great!!!
Exactly my situation. Just what I needed to hear rn
axelgroth You’ll get there man ✊ the situation is far from hopeless. Sometimes you just need to take a step back and recognize it 🤝
Baldcafe I appreciate it man. Crazy how it can take over your mind so completely.
I'm a female and for some reason love watching all your videos 🤣🤣
Arya Dröttningu Thank you 🙏 really glad you enjoy them
I'm really glad I came across this video I've just shaved my head today and I've been so worried about what people will think when I head into work I was in a similar situation to this guy I still had a full of hair but it was thinning on the back and I noticed my hairline had crept back over the years. But honestly the advice you gave at the end about people questioning why you shaved it is so simple but very effective and its really made me realise I shouldn't be so scared to show it off
Live with it.....embrace it.....forget about it ! You sir are an inspiration 🙏
I totally get the self torture. literally the same as well, lost a load of hair in first year and its been thinning but so slowly that people always say the 'you don't look different' thing. Buzzed it down recently and your videos really help
I started shaving quite early too, but its all about what makes you feel more comfortable. People did start noticing though and I couldn't stop thinking about it. Once it starts taking over your life, just pull the trigger. Ive been noticing more loss throught the years, but every time I shave it off I feel like a new man. Its theraputical in a way. Another great video by the way. wish him the best of luck though; much love ✌
Hello Harry, I received your bald head butter yesterday, shaved my head this morning and was really exited to try it out! My bald head is now lookjng better than ever, minimum shine, ,smells nice, feeling great and confident! Very affordable price and looks like it should last for multiple months! Nothing but love about this product and definitely one that I would recommend! 5/5
I have a full head of hair, am actually growing it long atm (not trying to rub it in) but I am addicted to watching your videos. It's really interesting to see how much you are helping folks just by talking things out and giving support.
Love it. Keep up the good work chief

@@Baldcafe sounds good and you are most welcome. Just wish there was more people out there like you with a genuine will to improve men's mental health and give them the confidence to feel better and love themselves. Just keep being true to yourself and I wish you every success.
Even in my 20s when I had hair but seen the recedes and thinning on top I started to buzz cut with no guard so I could get use to it and just build up my confidence early.
I've been in this same situation of having a good amount of hair left but still thinning and balding. I always wear a hat in shame of my bald spots. Last night i finally just went ahead and did it and shaved it all off and OH MY GOD I feel so great the weight is off my shoulders now and I have a new found confidence! Thank you BaldCafe your videos really helped me.
This channel needs more exposure. Awesome!
I appreciate that!
Agreed, I love this channel!
Thank you for this channel. I am 26 years old and i'm losing hair. It got a lot thinner the past years. I'm not shaving it right now because i still have a good amount of hair. But if it's getting worse i will shave it. It's really difficult to take the step. Because there is no way back.
bro im 22 and bald .. i get motivated by watching your videos keep going bro big up from algeria ♥♥
Hi baldcafe , I really enjoys your videos !
But my request to you is, can you make a video on how to see some early signs of hairloss,
Cause I am 34 and started noticing some hair thining on my head
I also still have quite a bit of hair growing, except the very top of my scalp (i´m 27 btw.). I knew that it´s going to become worse with time since i was a teen, as my grandfather went bald in his early 30s. So after considering and joking about it with friends and family for years, i decided to go completely bald last august. I found a great barber with whom i consulted and he was probably just enthusiastic about it as i was. I went with a razor shave right away, just to push my decision through. Now, half a year later... i must say that i never felt better about my head =). I also decied to grow my beard, as i always liked long beards and again : never felt better. I think we often overthink balding and precieve it as something bad, but after going bald i found myself noticing so many bald man around me (in Berlin), which i never noticed before. So give it a go guys! Most man look better without hair anyway ;)
Thank you so much for this channel. My receiding hairline is not as visible the ones of most of the guys in your videos. Nevertheless i felt super selfaware and could not stand looking into the mirror.
My bigest enemy was the wind so i wore my hat almost 24/7. My girlfriend didn't mind and told me my hair looks perfectly fine, but because this negative feeling gnawed on me i simply could not but think that she is saying it only to make me feel better (which I appreciate ofc). I watched a lot of your videos and saw that most of the guys look a lot better, in my opinion, after they shaved their head. So last week i decided to go for a 3 mm cut. I KNOW 3 mm is not actually bald, but most people i encountered so far see it as being bald. I got a few compliments that i look more masculin, mature(i am 22 years old) and a lot better, while some others say that they liked my look with longer hair more. Of course at first people were shocked by such a drastic change, but overall I get the feeling i did the right thing. I will def. try the "no hair at all" look, but for now i will keep it very short.
The only thing that annoys me is the fact, that some people think it is funny to joke about me being a Nazi, since i am german. But that is a thing i simply can't change.
I can finally go out and not worry about wether it is windy or if my hair is positioned perfectly. And most important, i got a lot of my confidence back!
Claymorekeks Really glad Bald cafe and it’s community could help you out man. It sounds like you have a very level head with the situation and that will take you far. I actually took a similar approach going for a very short cut first and then quickly changing to a 0 all over once I realized that actually the short hair was a pretty sweet look and the not having to worry about it falling out was even better 👌 keep doing your thing man and forget those that make snide comments. They are doing it because your confidence and security in yourself is uncomfortable for them and their own insecurities. Show compassion to those people and rock on ✊
Let’s see it man
@@dcp-one4468 Idk how to show you :O
I’ve shaved my head 3 times and it’s grown back every time the same way my hair always has which is weird. My hair is thinning on top and a little bit around the crown but I can still grow a full head of hair even after shaving it so I decided to let my hair grow back for a little to see what it looks like but if I don’t like it I’m going back to a shaved head.👍🏽
The irony that there's a hair loss treatment ad before this video haha
Most men don’t realise that even buzzing down to a 2-3 guard, it looks immense
Having a slightly lower grade on the back and sides can help to take the focus away from it all being at the same length but thinner in parts too 🙌
Great video! He could totally rock the shaved look. Dunno why he is worrying. And he got great beard. Since he is now thinking about it constantly the thought infected his mind. I would love to see his shaved head if ever he decides to do it. Keep it up mate :)
Just shaved it all off. Thanks Harry for the support!
Yes man 👏 onwards and upwards. Leave all that negativity behind 👍
I just shaved my head yesterday after a year of working up to it. Found this channel 2 days ago helped me take the dive. I might need to send in video to get opinions lol
Jeremy Nelson Yo bro I have loads of hair left but noticed my hair thinning from the roots and for the first time ever I can see the top of my head starting to show a little but I can cover it by slicking my hair 2 one side but i’ve been overthinking ever since should I trim my hair like you’ve done or leave it as is?
Also check out Ricky benang vlogs. I was inspired by him to shave it off.
@@juanmunguia1326 I always had my hair short, so I took the dive knowing I can grow it back sort of quick. But I like not having to sit in the mirror using hair spray, trying to get my hair perfect trying to cover its thinning. Its kind of freeing.
Still got thick hair, biggest issue is the widow peak that's seems to be getting bigger. I can hide it pretty well keeping my fringe long but I'm definitely aware of the receding
I think as soon as shaving your head crosses your mind you sort of want to do it just to see how it looks... Then it's just a matter of time until you do it.
I just want to do it because I hate having to rely on barbers. I've been doing my own fades for about 4 months but its a hassle.
If hair loss is just a receding hairline, without a lower density of hair, I think any short hairstyle is a right solution (short buzzcut, HNT, shaved head...).
If hair loss is a decrease of hair density, with thinning hair, I'm afraid the only right solution is a headshave, even if hairline is not receding.
Yes thats my problem thining hair on the top not receding
I agree, shave it forget transplants forget medication
Southside Playa it’s not just the price, you will need more than one, trust me and also there are big risks like nerve damage not worth it t all
with a receiding hairline is the best to grow em longer
@@TheStylerKingS I do not agree wih you. Growing longer hair can work only at the very beginning of hair recession but, very soon, balding combovers can become ugly. When it's raining or if you sweat after sport, your skin is far more visible with long hair than with a shorter hairstyle.
Theres a chance he aint even going to go bald he's just to a mature hairline
Like the north face jacket pal
turned 20 this summer and have been buzzing ever since
I think this a great position to be in, you've noticed it early and have time to decide. You can choose to treat it or experiment with shaving to see if you like it. Medications are great if you catch it early but there is a small chance of side effects, but taking a pill is very easy. Shaving is probably very liberating especially if you're at the point where you are doing comb-overs but as someone who hates shaving I'd personally find it annoying but you don't have to worry about side effects. Each have their pros and cons but this guy has the time to explore his options and see what works for him
Beta: “Ahaha you’re bald!”
Harry: “Yes.”
😂 literally
Had thinning hair (not receding yet) around the areas where hair loss sets in with the top of the head being the worst. I saw these videos, said fuck it, made some before pics where it showed my thinning really badly (hair combed straight up, hair was quite long) and went to the barber and took most of it off. Now rocking the quite-short hair, grown accustomed to it, and probably going for the 1/2 guard next shave. Don't have the best facial hair at 20 but I'm experimenting with the growth. The experience has been really positive. Thanks baldcafe!
I'm in the same boat I'd love to come on your show
Hey Harry, are you still experimenting with shaving with a DE razor? I have also had trouble with shaving my head with one (I had the Merkur 34C) and it wouldn't shave close enough and found it painful, but I can't afford cartridge razors so I kept seeking, and I realised that you can get adjustable DE razors and that since my hair is super course and thick (My hairloss is still mild-ish) my original DE razor was simply not aggressive enough, so after lot's of research I bought myself the Merkur Futur, it's considered one of the best adjustable De razors on the market, had my first head shave with it today and it worked so much better! perhaps you also just need a more aggressive DE razor to get a smooth shave and you can stop buying the plastic cartridge razors, I think the Merkur Futur is seriously worth trying, I hope you read this!!
I shaved mine off a few years ago and grow it back! Did it last year as well and grew it back again! I found it hard work to keep it shaved!I have been watching the channel for a while now and feel I have got some good tips so maybe now it will not feel like such a chore. I am 50/50 on shaving it again and keep it off for good! Do I go down the route of hair transplant etc or just shave it off. I am losing weight this year and once I get to target I am going to shave it off and see if I like it with a slimmer face?
I'm about a Norwood 2. My hairline started receding at 17 and but it's been a very slow process. I'm 24 and still have thick hair and only my temples have receded, it still gets in my head because I feel like I have to get it to look just right in order to go out and feel confident. I feel like letting it go but I'm not entirely sure of myself.
Have scalp psoriasis but hair thinning.
No more comb over so buzzing it on top 1.5 and 0.5 on sides
Feels better
My hairline has been receding for some years. I'm super self conscious about it even though I have a head full of healthy hair. I've shaved my hair bald before. I didn't like the light shadow of my receding hairline. My hair grows back so fast, I feel like I'd have to shave weekly, that seems like a pain in the ass. I have locs now, I love low maintenance. I feel like my hair receding has stopped? it's been looking the same for awhile now. It's kind of similar to this guys receding in the temple area.
A lot seem to shave very early. Seems fair though cos the thought of trying to cling on must be horrible!
I shaved it "early" meaning I still had a decent amount of hair left. For me thats what I needed to do. I think that rings true for many men but fo some, perhaps just knowing that one day that genuinely can shave it off might allow them to forget about it for a while and then transition into actually shaving it with relative ease.

Great channel. I'm not balding but have been enjoying these videos. I chose to shave my head for convenience. Such a shame UA-cam always puts an advert at the start of these videos for some products to help disguise/fend off baldness. That's the world of advertising though. If everyone was confident, industry would lose billions $$$.
Yeah i had receding hair line on the sides which i still had a lot of hair then you start noticing the thinning on top so i just shaved it all off.
if the thought "seed" has entered your head, and its made you feel self conscious even 1%, then shave it. Do not shave it, if someone else has made a comment. Do it for you and only you.
I shaved mine and grew it back, shaved and grew it back. But now I much prefer the shaved look and upkeep is so so simple. Never worry about the wind or rain again! wake up, its done! such a great thing being shaved
My hair isnt bald yet and most people think it's totally. Fine but I know and my dermatologist knows that going to go bald. I shaved my hair bald to get rid of that shock affect and know what to expect. I grew my hair out again and taking finnisteride. But when the time comes I'm ready to be bald again.
I am 31 year old now. I started shaving my head since 2018. Best thing about shaving your head is, like you said people always talk and give suggestions for your hair loss And pity you. That makes us very self conscious and stressed. Once u shaved balding problem is gone forever, makes us think I am fully bald now so what it can't get any worse.
I was born with a widows peak and now I’m 26 and I’m noticing the corners or edges of my hairline are starting to thin out. I want to have hair for as long as possible so if shit gets worse I’m going for a size 2 or 1 buzzcut. I wouldn’t be so scared of going bald if I was tall and buff but I’m short and skinny and all my life people have known me for my great hair
This is me. I have a receding hairline and thinning arround the receding areas. People tell me I still have lots of hair and why do I shave it? They dont know that when I grow it out theres that thinning and it makes my look forehead really pronounced. I would even say having hair makes me look older because of this.
Another idea which I think is not talked about enough is having a good middle man option by getting a real good haircut for thinning hair...a decent barber can work wonders.
When are you inviting me on the podcast Harry? It’s been almost a year since you asked me haha 😂
I'm going through this decision now. I think I'm gonna wait until my beard gets a little longer. I think the bald + beard look is pretty sick.
@PROUD BRIT Bald + goatee is for guys that literally hate being attractive.
VideoLad load of shite.
You’re blessed to be able to grow facial hair! I’m receding with thick hair, have acne scars on my cheeks and temples and can’t grow any facial hair besides a small goatee
That's kinda where I'm at losing hair but still have a lot letting it thin a little more so when people see it thin they know why I shaved it not trying to get questioned every time.
You'll know when its time man. I hope knowing that when you are ready, you are ready allows you to not worry about it too much 👍
@@Baldcafe yeah mate I think I'll be happy honestly just not wanting to jump the gun as the loss isn't at a bad point yet but when it's time it will be time definitely feel like I'll be mentally ready.
Are there any ways to actually help a receding hairline and bring it back a little bit?
Come to think of it, would love to see you interview women who are bald, which could be for varying reasons- general baldness, alopecia, chemo or of course... choice. I think women should be brought into the conversation.
I see a lot of comments saying, you always look better with hair... then I came a cross Julio Macias on the TV series "on my block".
Trust some people look better bald
I shaved my head last year and had it that way for a few months, I was so worried about what everyone was going to say, but people barely even commented on it! Loads of people couldn't understand why I had shaved it as they had never noticed it was receded. I have now grown it back. I was due to have a hair transplant next month which I have now cancelled as I don't want to be on Finasteride at 26 years old. I'm glad I shaved it last year, it's not not half as scary the idea of going bald!
That's a good decision. HTs can be very tricky. And you will eventually need more than one, and also be on fin and minoxidil after that. Shaving the head is extremely scary but eventually the best way to deal with hair loss. Everything else is a temporary fix and a lot of hassle.
Whats your favourite song Mr BaldCafe
If someone is getting bald but his is hair is starting to go, I think a good alternative is to treat this with finasteride and minoxidil instead of shaving
This is a issue we men must discuss.and effects rich, poor black white, etc.. that's y this channel so interesting. Bald or not the point is we have no say whether we keep it or not. This is why so many ppl watch this, females included.
This depends a lot on age. For men in their 50s and 60s the balding look is more comftable than the shaved look. There’s no right or wrong answer to this
Kinda glad I’m losing my hair because it’s always been so thick and nappy. Deep down it hurts so bad like I’m literally losing a part of myself. I can’t even get out of bed without putting my beanie on..
Do you own Harry’s razors?
Why dont you do a side channel called Combovercafe for men that want to rock a comb over.
umm, this guy is totally not bald? I guess his problem is not the amount of hair but being too conscious about it.
Yep, exactly.
He is balding though, if you look at the temple recession and hairline, even the diffusion thinning causing a thatchy look of hair up top, only people who are balding or hairdressers are likely to notice it at the current stage, but it is there.
@@turdrhinofiend for sure, I have never looked at a guy and thought "he is bald" until I started noticing my own baldness and I agree only people who are into this will recognize his baldness at this stage. Therefore I would use the hair until it falls out; I'll be bald for the rest of my life anyways, why the rush to become one?
Most guys bald from the crown forward receding hairline is front going back and all humans have that happen when they hit middle age so his hair loss I's probably crown and top of head wear its less visible as who looks at you from above I still have bangs but lost my crown and top to much of my crown so if I grew my hair out I could look normal from the front but bald from behind so I get where this guys coming from.
@@exshenanigan2333 Its funny isn't it? Its like when you start going to the gym for the first time and you notice all the people who look like they lift. Same with hairloss, I never noticed or paid attention to those things before it happened to myself.
its actually worse than losing it all, because you have a choice and maybe you can hide it in some way. you keep thinking about it and every time you look at it and you see that you are loosing it,it makes you feel worse. start your day with loosing mentality that's fucked up.once you shave it you lost it, you are not trying to fight a loosing battle because its going away anyway. i find myself in this situation and every time i think about it or try to hide it or put my finger on it, i feel bad.i buzzed my head a couple of times and keep growing it back.
I am in the same shoes but i had receovered some hair , how can i get on ur videos?
A buzz cut is good or a fade
If i am gonna bald, should i shave it by myself or by others for the first time?Kindly advice, thanks.
If you still have hair but thining, onion juice look up the videos, i cant prove it 1000% but i believe it works if you do it alot like every 2 days or 3x a week for many months, if you cant get it to a juice just press it down on your scalp for several minutes and just leave it in for several hours or overnight, and wash it out with water if your shave your head short, and maybe use shampoo once a week unless if smells and you just cant go out like that.
Like usher said you can eat it or throw it away! Hope this helps godbless all you egg's out there 🍳🍳
I wanna go clean bald but I’m 13 does that happen lol?
Baldcafe. Help me mate. My dad has the same hairline as me. Been on the fin for 1 year and half but always had a bad hairline since birth. Ever since baby pictures of me! Thinking of a transplant. Any ideas?
Luke Benson we’re in quarantine. Buzz it off to like a number 3/4 and see how it looks. Grow a beard. Nothing long just a stubble.
If your hairline has always been the same there is nothing to suggest it will rapidly fall out. It could be the case of gradual recession into your 40’s and 50’s etc
The only time you need to shave your head is when you have a Norwood 4. Before that you can keep it
I have shaved my head several times, each time keeping the shaved head for a longer amount of Time, and it never feels better. Every time I do it I regret it, and absolutely hate it. Shaving your head is not for everyone.
I have always had a widow's peak type of hairline, and it's always been fairly high up as well, so even in my teens it was something on my mind because I didn't have the straight, lower hairline that most of my friends had. As I got older I learned to accept that there is no "standard" for hairlines/shapes, but I do now wonder more often when/if my hairline will go farther back to the point where I should just do away with it all together. I have had a shaved head several times before, but I always preferred to have SOME hair. But I guess at a certain point that'll probably change if it ever recedes back a certain point.
Got the beard already my man !! Buzz first mate you’ll not go back I never did straight out a shower scrub the noggin with a towel ... out the door 🚪 job done ✅😂
When u have a receding hairline you can try dermarolling it seems to work for me
How do you use them and do they actually work ?

@@sulaimaanlatif6471 Just use a 0.5 mm and roll it on the balding areas
I don't know why guys worry about receding hairlines. It's more normal to experience some temple recession in young adulthood than not, and anything up to nw3 it looks perfectly fine with most haircuts and a lot of men stabalize around that point for a long time. It's the overall thinning on top that means that it's probably time to shave, but when it's just receding and the rest of your hair is still healthy, I say just leave it and enjoy it while you can.
Sometimes I think the current young generation are WAY to fixated on having perfect hair, to the point where this all or nothing mentality takes over. Back in the 70s a receding hairline was a complete non-issue.
J K it’s definitely a big concern for many many men. Do you think it comes under the same umbrella as having the perfect six pack, being tall etc?
@@Baldcafe Yeah, a mix of Hollywood/social media vanity culture & advertising is creating this illusion that guys are meant to have CR7-esque hairlines into adulthood, and young men are buying into this idealized look. But the reality is that temple recession or some degree of balding is probably more normal than keeping juvenile hairline.
Guys. A clean shaven head will always look better if not better at least will look more clean and more fresh than balding hair don’t get depressed just own it boys
Beard is looking strong brother 🙏.

Does this guest dude have an IG?
I think if your starting to go bald you should shave your head! This is because you will find out what you look like bald and if you don't like the look, you've still got hair so you can grow it back! Also it will give you a chance to see exactly where your hair regrows and where it doesn't giving you a better understanding of your hair loss!
THIS IS ME.
I have lot of hair with a Norwood 2 and diffused thinning. Way more thinned out than this guy but it still looks full? Not sure if I should just shave and grow the beard.
You could try finasteride
Caleb why would your recommend that poison, shave it
@@HavenUpsurge I use finasteride. Hasn't done much but stop more shedding
@@DuuudeMaaan dam. Have you tried minox?
@@HavenUpsurge I actually noticed my hair thinned out when i stopped using minoxidil. That was when my thinning got bad. Before that I just had a norwood 1-2.
After stopping minoxidil It went to a Norwood 2-3 with pretty bad diffused thinning.
Which is your favorite razor for the head shave?
rhg lpk The Harry’s razor 👌
@@Baldcafe thank you !
That guy doesn't look like he's balding, he's just got his "adult" hairline, which happens to most guys. Happened to me in my 30s, I'm now 50 and still have a full head.
I occasionally give myself a buzzcut, not because I feel the need to, but because I like the feeling.
I just need to shave it off
I like the bald look. Not sure why people feel shame for baldness. Makes you look badass.
You don't really to shave it you can style and still look good i was doing this for years..just shave sides and keep top short..the longer they are the more they going to exaggerate the problem.
2018 to 2020
Half blad man
Loss my 50% hair
I feel like if you are not married maybe try to keep it with finasteride. If you are married go ahead and shave it off. Your wife isn't going to care. That's my plan at least as I am now starting to bald at 31. I took finasteride for 10 years prior but decided to quit because I was tired of taking a drug plus my hair started thining again. I just recently buzzed it and looks fine. I'll shave all mine of once toppik stops working.
Wow our ideals of beauty are so twisted. In my grandads day men would wear haircuts to show off high temple points it was considered admirable and masculine
