Rates are almost at 4% lol they went up 1.0-1.25% in a few weeks. Houses need to drop over 10% to have the same payment….

You're right that rates have gone up. In fact, I'll be posting a new video shortly. But, my Lenders are showing lower interest rates than yours. On 1/20/22 the rates were 3.25% for Jumbo and 3.525% for conforming loans. I'm happy to introduce you to my Lenders with lower rates and fantastic service!
