Gamestop Metallic Yellow Ranger is going for $30 shipped on eBay. Please don't buy any more of those boxes.
Yeah...they can be had for like $35 after shipping on Amazon. Beats paying $200 to try to get one. I realize the mystery is fun, and I wouldn't tell anyone how the should or shouldn't spend their own money, but $200 is an awful lot to pay for duplicates. On the plus side those DBZ Super Saiyan God Vegeta and Retro Mega-Man ones look awesome and you could probably find a taker for them if you want to sell them off/give them away. I'm sure there are tons of kids out there that would love them as well this time of year, so at least none of them will go to waste, so to speak.
There is more for here then JUST that though. This is her channel, it is what she does. There is value in content for vids as well. Part of our entertainment is to see if despite all she bought if she got it or not. If she has the ability to do so without it financially putting her at risk...then it is what it is. (though I felt bad there where so many that where the same b/c you don't know if that is what the boxes will be like tell you open them)

I would NOT recommend buying more. If you got 10 and only got 3 different pops then the odds must truly suck! Just spend the $30 off ebay and buy it that way.... cheaper and less soul destroying for you

Vegeta is literally the best pull from the boxes
I wouldn´t buy 10 boxes just for one pop. One box is for 20 USD, which mean you spent 200 USD. Wow. I think it´s better to wait and buy this one specific pop on ebay. I just checked it and yellow metalic power ranger is there around 35-40 USD.
+teezka there is also this really intense thrill that comes from getting it in the actual box. It's like a treasure hunt and that's part of the fun for me.
I understand you. But I would buy max 2 boxes and see what´s inside.. Because 10 boxes for nothing would kill me :D
Hey there, I bought 2 on black Friday from 2 different Stops. First box I opened I could not believe my eyes and I squealed like a girl because it was the Gold Mega Man, second box was the Quick Boomerang. I didn't know about the Retro one at all until I went to a place called Funko Peak and found it there...and bought it. I do have some advice for you. If you live in L.A county, there is a place called Frank and Son's Collectibles Show, its in The City of Industry, its open Wendsday's and Saturdays, there are several booths that are nothing but Pops. Sure you might have to pay $20 + for the one you want but with the way people are buying the boxes chances are you'll find a booth that has at least 2 or 3 of that Pop you want.

The way it worked was: each mystery case came in a box of 6 and were labeled with what character pop was in them.So one box would be 6 vegetas, another would be 6 megaman and so forth. It was supposed to be the job of the employees to mix them up. If they were not mixed up and you bought multiples, you would receive the same pop. At this point like many others said, I would just purchase the pop you wanted of ebay or trade what you have on reddit. Prices are high now, but will eventually simmer down if you can wait. A lot of people are willing to trade their yellow ranger for the vegeta's.
sorry for your misfortune, I too was looking to get a yellow ranger but struck out.
The best part is you ended up getting multiples of the most expensive pop you could get in those boxes lol
when I come home from work, there's nothing better than watching your videos. I know it's weird, but I find your enthusiastic personality to be very soothing and uplifting.
What happened was that the gamestop employees didn't mix up the boxes like they were supposed to because nobody told them to. What this meant was that each stack of boxes were the same and so if you bought a stack, you got all the same stuff
My wife and I were very disappointed with the gamestop mystery boxes. In all the boxes, the only thing that was different was the pops. The pint size heros were the fox and the white guy and also the Enchantress rock candy. These boxes were not worth $20. Very disappointing. But, at least we got one pop we both wanted. Probably will not buy anymore mystery boxes again. Last year's boxes were so much better, but they should have been wrapped like these boxes. Funko needs to STEP IT UP!!!
Don't blame yourself STEPH. GameStop Goes so far and they just give up on themselves.

I work at gamestop and as of today (Saturday) we still had about 30 of them. They didn't sell as much as last years mystery box.
Those vegetas are actually very clutch

We bought 8 boxes and got 3 metallic yellow rangers and 2 gold metallic yellow rangers. 1 pink megaman, 1 black hair vegeta, and one blue hair metallic vegeta.
Each of those super saiyans are now worth $50+
Don't expect a rare every time, it's hard and don't be disappointing
I feel so bad for you! I was rooting for you so hard!! I've had insane duplicate luck with my boxes, but at least they were the ones I wanted. At this point, if I buy more and get the Power Ranger, I'm just going to flat out send it yo you!

Each shipped case had 6 boxes in them... Those boxes were filled with the same pops. Your store may not gotten a case with yellow ranger. Do not open the pint size heros, they are the same 2 figures. Metallic Yellow Ranger runs $35-$40 on eBay FYI.
I think they sent the same pops in every case because the two ones I grabbed that were stacked were QB MM. Try to grab ones in different sections

im actually sad for you..i saw a guy who was mad cause he got 4 metallic yellow ranger´s in 5 boxes he bought....and he was really mad at funko for it...:(

the distribution is probably like last year, each Gamestop tended to get the same ones. they were not mixed well so some stores got all the good ones and others the junk boxes. I got 2 last year and had the same items as another guy.
2 years later and that blue vegeta was still always worth more, going for 100 online and the gold ranger everyone wanted is only worth 28 lol even the black hair vegeta is 50 lol dbz pops are always worth the money

I'm sure you will be able to find someone that got heaps of yellow rangers who wants to trade. Living in Australia i wish we could even have the option to have these here.

Thats rough. I think the Yellow Ranger seems to be what people are chasing but the Megamans are pretty cool even if you got multiples.

My sister and I each got one box. She got vegeta, and I got the shiny yellow power ranger. I didn't even know it had worth!
no pint size heroes are the same
you can weigh the boxes like shops weigh pokemon cards... hence the reason you got a lot of the same pops. The store workers get the rest to sell on.
I got two boxes, and got the retro Mega man and vegeta. I'm happy with what I got and now glad I didn't go back and get more. Better luck next time~Diana

Hi Nerdy Newb. We ran into the same trouble with our funko haul this year. If you decide to pick up more boxes, I would only do maybe 1 or 2 from different GameStops. The shipment boxes they get them in likely have the same one which would be a good reason as to why we're getting so many duplicates. Try different stores and choosing from different stacks. Good luck!
the five nights at Freddy's are all the same too I think it was puppet and spring trap in all the boxes.. they have gold yellow ranger and gold mega man... also but not to many have only seen two people get them so they are very rare.. good luck.. and have a great week...

I bought 8 boxes. 2 loose boxes and was given a case of 6. All 8 were Mega man quick boomerang.
I know it’s some years on but the Vegetas are now at $100 each.

I'm sorry you didn't get the one you were looking for. This is the reason I don't do mystery boxes, it's too expensive for the chance of getting the one you want.
They come in 6 of the same pops in one case. if you pick out the ones in the same cases of 6, they will all be the same. You had to pick from different cases if you want your chances of getting other pops that are not duplicates.
This is two years later but I hope you kept one of those Vegetas-that’s a grail now.
Pay scalper price. You've already paid more for it with the repeat boxes.
Man am I glad I only bought one of those boxes, got the pink mega man and you know the rest. Sorry you didn't get the pop you were chasing, I was really hoping for it on box 9 and 10.
I found out that each stack contain different pop, so if you get the box in the same stack it gonna be the same pop.
I literally bought one box tonight and got the golden yellow ranger. I got lucky.
I may be the only person that got exactly everything I wanted.
I found out that what the jackasses at gamestop corporate did was they shipped the one same pop exclusive in the same 1 case.... and that explained why I got all those metallic yellow rangers

Ohhh nooo!! I'm so sorry that you didn't get your metallic yellow ranger pop. :( I didn't get one either but you were the first person who came to mind for if I did get it. I might go to my Gamestop around the corner tomorrow to see if they have the boxes left and get two or three more to try and get my gold Mega Man.
the odds were 1:5.. but the thing is the way they were shipped were 6 in ea case...and in every case all 6 mystery boxes were the same figure... so if you got all of them from the same stack, you got stuck eith all of the same figure... employees were just taking them ot of the case and stacking them in rows.. wich means each row= different figure
eBay have loads of Yellow at around $30 might be worth jumping on and buying one before the prices rise. *Huggles*

The FNAF figs are all the same, based on all of the vids I have seen. Keep em for your giveaway box. Tough luck on the yellow ranger fig. Looks sweet.

I only bought 2 boxes, I also got the Retro and boomerang Mega Man. I was really disappointed that they were all enchantress's too, and my mini figs were the exact same as your in both boxes as well..
you really got screwed this go around hopefully someone will trade you a metallic Ranger for one of those Vegetas
