I have posted 20 Licks using this principle that works over a minor 2 5 1.
Playing a Dominant Be-Bop Scale over the Half Diminished chord ( in this case Bb7 Be-Bop Scale over D half Dim),
Playing the G7b9 Be-Bop Scale over the 5 chord ( C Harmonic Minor with an added F# as a passing note)
Ending on either C minor OR enclosing C minor.
