Having naturally curly hair as well that gets straightened weekly, I can relate to planning work outs around my hair or vice versus. I’ve been thinking how ridiculous it is lately, but I gotta do what I gotta do. Lol 😆 I work from home as well, so I do also let it relax on days that I know I can get away with it.
