Sir Waqar you are really an inspiration for me .kindly clear my 1 query . That after qualifing CSS Exams and allocation. Can any "CSP Officer" is able to freeze his/her job for 5 years ? If he/she want to go abroad for higher Studies? And after 5 years he/she want to came back Pakistan and join his/her service again ?? Kindly let me know about it .
