After 2 dui's this guy is a habitual offender because of his prison record. He should go to prison. These judges are way to lenient on these dui drivers.

weak sauce judge... he should have got 6 months jail for driving again. He signed your affidavit and disobeyed it. Now, you raise your voice and thats really the extent of it other than making him PAY his fines n costs WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE! WEAK JUDGE.

Judge is limited to what he can do but $7000 fines is a lot
