And if he is albino or leucistic, that wouldn't mean he lacks any testosterone since it only affects pigmentation of the skin, not testosterone levels or the overall health. For all we know he could have the highest levels of testosterone of the four of them.

I see these pictures of four lions walking down a road and a traffic jam behind them and think - wow, is this ever screwed up. Man has really screwed up this whole situation.
Such beautiful creatures. I'm always so sorry to see how people in their vehicles are so rude and intrusive all in the interest of taking more and more and more pictures. How many thousands do they need that justify pushing into the lions' space? At any rate, this is one stunning coalition.
The vehicles are only allowed on the road, so if the lions get off the road, the vehicles cannot follow them by law. It looks strange, but the lions prefer the road over the savanna as it is easier to walk and no flees.
I'll never get used to regular vehicles driving by sleeping lions on a paved road. It doesn't seem to bother the lions because they're used to it. But it sure doesn't seem anywhere near normal. It's one thing to see a few safari vehicles in the Bush. But this? Very odd.

They’re fine, believe me. The lions rule the road here, & they know it. There’s plenty of places they could go off away from the road where they’re not seen or disturbed but they insist on using the roadway & plonking down in the middle of it to show their ownership & dominance! (As a fellow animal lover I initially thought this myself until I went there & saw that the lions are in control here, not the humans! Unless ppl are being noisy or leave their vehicles running etc then that is definitely unacceptable, but they have rangers always close by to make sure everyone comply’s with the rules).

Although it’s aggravating to see all the traffic interfering with the animals, KNP is helping keep those beautiful animals safe from poachers. The fees collected are used to keep the reserve functioning. It’s basically a reverse zoo…….the animals are free to roam, and the people are contained in “little metal cages”……..cars.
