What program did you use to restore the original sound in this to the cartoons about Mickey Mouse dubbed in Russian and not only instead of the accelerated PAL effect?

I use InShot, there's no way to change the pitch without changing the speed but that's fine because the film was 104% from the original in speed and pitch anyways

No, the Treasures release’s ending changes pitch, probably due to the film getting damaged enough to read incorrectly on their scanner
