I miss sumner so much, I am a Minnesotan and visited my father that lives in sumner over the summer. And I miss the milkshake shop and the buttered biscuit. Their coffee shops and the park. Walking around seeing friendly faces and having conversations with locals😍
Beautifully done, but are we trying to attract people to come here to live or shop or bring their businesses? Certainly there isn't any room left downtown to build, with the exception of the new town homes coming in soon. The infrastructure cannot handle any more 18 wheelers. Traffic has become a huge problem, and with that comes more opportunity for shady people breaking into and stealing vehicles, homeless people hanging out downtown with signals to say, "it's time, let's go on our crime spree!" I have watched, I have seen.
