Hi, thanks for this video. Have you solved the problem?

Hi I am Brie thanks for writing back. No the problem has not yet been solved. So I completed the diagnosis for all the external connections and every thing is working fine which alludes to the fact that the ABS really itself is faulty. So now the only thing left
t for me to do is to change the ABS motor and relay which
is the whole kit and in India it would cost around a lakh rupees or that is somewhere in the range of USD 1200. So as an alternative I am planning to pull off the entire ABS unit and replace the wiring coils in the ABS motor and try to fix it that way before going to the option of replacing the entire unit.

@@bhu1mhatre Hi Brie, I'm Matthew from Italy. I think that self-diagnosis is not of any help in many cases. Is the ABS light always on on your Versys? On mine, start the engine and run for a couple of meters, the light goes OFF and the abs works well, This is its normal operation, then suddenly the ABS light go ON and the abs no longer works. This happens randomly, sometimes it turns ON after a few minutes, sometimes after several minutes. I have verified that if I stop, turn OFF the engine, touch the front wheel sensor cable with my hands, just run again and the light goes OFF and ABS works fine again. if I don't touch the cable with my hands, the light continues to stay ON when I run again. I have an suspect that it is a false contact of the cable. Perhaps a probable interruption in the cable that sometimes has good contact, sometimes not. Do you know if by measuring the resistance of the cable you have to obtain a particular value in ohms?
