Interesting - having a ping pong and badminton background, I use mostly wrist, including on the serve. I can’t imagine how awkward it’d be with a locked wrist.. seems like you’d have far much less power.

Yes... "Push" keeping your paddle face through a line toward your target that is at least three balls in distance.
