The one reacting? That's Aaravos, he becomes a sort of bad guy helping Viren and then becoming the ultimate villain of the story from like season 4 onwards. He's in a prison so it's like a race to either try to release him (Viren) or destroy him (Callum and gang). I hope this helps! 😁
