@Joseph Sokoloski I remember when Michael Jackson died people automatically started to trash talk Elvis, saying Michael was the real King of music. Today it's worse, people want the Beatles Abbey roads changed because the actual Abbey was once linked to slave trades. Others have been calling Elvis " a Southern man from a time of hate and segregation and wanting some Elvis realted things banned and for him not to be called "king". I think it's a matter of time until people start protesting Elvis..
@Joseph Sokoloski people overlook the fact that the rulers of Africa sold their own poor to America in slave trade agreements. And that south Africa had white slaves, that's all ignored today. The problem is too many "bad cops" and we needed to focus on that for all races, but everything got turned into a media circus and America decided to ban and punish the white race. So now it's seen as wrong to say anyone white was ever great, close airports named after white people such as the John Wayne airport. Take down old statues of whites and replace them with George Floyd holograms, change the name of musical acts, protesters burning cities to the ground and get treated like hero's for doing so. It's open season on whites .Now add in Covid 19 putting a stop to life as we knew it, forced closing , forced mask, America is a no longer a fair and free country , it's nearly a post apocalypse war zone.
I listened to this so many times that my mom took the record away and hid it at the top of her closet. Only 9 years old, I climbed up on the clothing rack and reached for the record. The rack cracked and fell with me hitting my back and knocking the air out of my lungs. Gasping for air, I thought I was dying. My mom ran in and helped me regain my breath. She immediately gave me back the Elvis album and apologized. I almost died for my hero Elvis. Ha ha.
I was a Elvis fan, when I was 11 years old. Now still a Elvis fan, at 64 years. Elvis is the King! Nobody can fill his shoes, and nobody ever will. I got to see him, and it was a great experience. I yelled at him, and he said, hi honey. RIP. Elvis. Love you, forever, Dolores JD.
I don't care what they say about Elvis with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra -- this is stunning work. The orchestra is absolutely insanely good and Presley's voice jumps out like never before. Excellent recording. If only he could have heard himself with this kind of proud backing. There are many rock singers that I love, and they are great -- but Presley in this mode is untouchable. He is just so dynamic.

But I was in Memphis for the 25th Anniversary concert with live musicians and backup paired with Elvis recordings from iconic live performances. It was as close to real as could get. Fans from around the world. Very emotional and definitely electric.
One evening in 1977 I got off the elevator on my floor, which was always quiet, and heard someone down the hall playing "Burning Love" full blast. By the time I unlocked the door, the realization hit me. Elvis Presley had died.
Something about Elvis’s voice is so unique and captivating. The twang, the baritone...his accent. Can’t put my finger on it, but it’s so recognizable and smooth.

It's rare when an artist's talent can touch an entire generation of people. It's even rarer when that same influence affects several generations. Elvis made an imprint on the world of pop music unequaled by any other single performer.-- John Lennon Nothing really affected me until I heard Elvis. If there hadn't been an Elvis, there wouldn't have been the Beatles.

She was around folks from all walk of life, from Hollywood, to kings and queens, and dozens of men that would like to get closer to her. She was around him for a movie or two. Didn't find him hard to work with or anything like that. I guess this was earlier on, before the drugs.
What a gorgeous, gorgeous version of an already fantastic song.
Elvis is the best and greatest singer of all time !!! None has reached the peak that Elvis has reached even today !! Incredible vocal power !! Brazil
The Greatest Entertainer to set foot on any stage he will always be the King.
Can you be addicted to a song? because I am addicted to this 😂
Yes, because I am!
You sure can! Also to be addicted to Elvis like me since I'm 5 years old, I am 54. He is unbelievable, a phenomen and icon!
Me too!!
RetroMan HD think I’m addicted to it aswell

October 2019 and it is still running. Legends never die !
The one and true King of Rock and Roll will never EVER die!!!
@@panospapadopoulos AMEN TO THAT!!!!!!.
Awesome song and my favorite of his. The opening guitar riff draws you in, and the way he delivers that "Lord almighty" is perfection.
WOW!!!!!! ELVIS, LOVE THOSE MASSIVE RINGS!!!! YOU HAD THE BLING,, BEFORE THE BLING BECAME THE BLING!!!! ELVIS WAS AHEAD OF HIS TIME, WITH EVERYTHING!!!!! LOVE LOVE THIS SONG!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯🎵🎧🎶🎼🎹🎼🎸🎤💞🌹🌹🌹🌹 RIP ELVIS PRESLEY🙏

Hello dear how are you doing today
He was and is still the greatest entertainer. Love him and his music.
No one man should have those looks, that voice, all that talent and overflowing with that much charisma! Well, since it’s Elvis, I guess I’ll overlook it.
Genio @@thegame6141
I love the original but I must say this has been enhanced brilliantly with the orchestra!
YOU THINK THE SAME WAY AS I..💙💙💙💙💙
I would rather pay big money to have seen Elvis Record in the studio. Than see any other band now in days. 😎 love and miss ya E.
Gets better every time I hear it.
Ah herr👌
It's rare when an artist's talent can touch an entire generation of people. It's even rarer when that same influence affects several generations. Elvis made an imprint on the world of pop music unequaled by any other single performer.-- John Lennon
Nothing really affected me until I heard Elvis. If there hadn't been an Elvis, there wouldn't have been the Beatles.
To have the Royal Philharmonic orchestra wanting to do your songs, that just shows Elvis is the king, are you listening Beatles,Rolling stones I think not, from an English man to an American you truly are the greatest there will ever be xxxxxxx
ES POR ESO QUE COMO ELVIS PRESLEY FUE UNICO Y REVOLUCIONO LA MUSICA EN TODO EL MUNDO, POR SU VOZ Y EXTILO , HASTA LOS BEATLES TUVO INFLUENCIA DE LO QUE ELVIS PRESLEY EL REY A FINAL DE LOS AÑOS 50 INFLUENCIO EN LOS 4 MELENUDOS. ELVIS PRESLEY ES EL REY DEL ROCK.🙏🙏🇵🇷🇵🇷🇺🇲 🎸⚡️✌️
Elvis and this song are amazing. There will never be a another Elvis . Close your Eyes and listen to his Amazing voice powerful and He gave his all to the end . We miss you Elvis the one and Only . TCB always and forever
There will never be another E. L. V. I. S. 😍
Francis Elvis
Past, present or future...it's just a FACT: NO ONE will EVER touch THE KING. Time will continue to prove this. PEACE!
1972 RECORDING -MADE TOP TEN IN U.K. SEP 1972

LOVE YOU ALL.! ELVIS FANS ARE JUST LIKE HIM.......BEAUTIFUL. SO MANY LOVELY POSTS IN A WORLD WITH TOO MUCH HATE AT THE MOMENT. KEEP HIS MUSIC ALIVE FOLKS.
This man was a force of nature. When I was in school a man came to speak to all of us about Elvis. Elvis dated his mother after Priscilla and he told one story about how Elvis took him and his brother to the toy store. They couldn't decide what they wanted so Elvis bought 2 of everything in the store for them! We love you King, and we always will
??????????????
