Who is 'they'? It is the law that the prosecutor does the right thing. Others went to jail for this crime, and of DT was the key instigator, he should face the verdict. In any case, it is so obvious that the prosecutor must prosecute. The jury must be dealt with in a proper way, so to the judge. But DT is making costly mistakes. He is allowed not to be jailed but could be if he doesn't just for once shut up. Who does he think he is? Just a civilian who seems to be a white collar criminal.

Of course this judge is angry. The 1st thing to know is that his judgeship was handed to him as political currency. So, he is owned by the political party. He probably thinks he can easily override our American Rule Of Law, and our Constitutional Rights as an American Citizen. And he's probably used to getting away with doing just that. Now he's finding out that President Donald Trump is not just another easy mark. It's very obvious also, that the judge has conflicts of interest, and really doesn't belong trying this case. Also he probably now realizes that there really is no crime here, and President Donald Trump has at least a 100 million US citizens and voters backing him. And finally, whatever miscarriage of justice this judge may impose, will be reversed. I think all of a sudden the judges position isn't looking so good for him. That's his only anger. He's going to lose and come out on the wrong side of this and he's starting to realize this. As he makes clear to the American People, just what our judicial system has become. Since he falsified his records in furtherance of another crime, his falsification are felonies. Just think. If only he had used personal funds he couldn’t be charged. But he used business funds and falsified his business records by calling these costs LEGAL fees, and then he deducted them his business expenses. Have you ever done something like that?
