Do do that anywhere lol you can get hurt or worse for doing this “dance” it’s not just a dance plate footwork the crips do are spelling out their neighborhood, their set etc, and a lot of times they are also disrespecting their rivals hoods by “whacking out” their hood but yeah if you don’t live that life and aren’t a crip don’t try these moves in public if you aren’t prepared for potential consequences
