Y'all how do you make friends or at least be comfortable speaking for example in class? I have no friends in my class, have social anxiety and also introverted so I'm always alone in class, i never say anything and because of that I always look angry because i have no one to talk to. And i also think it's embarrassing sitting alone in break for example so I always hide in bathroom 🤦
