I like your chill reaction…this song’s really great, makes me want to leave Canada and just go back home to the Philippines, the original was sung by a band called South Border and over 30 years ago they were famous and I went to bars with my officemates listening to some of their songs, very nostalgic. By the way, the way his last name is pronounced is Pang like Hang, so if you say Hanging, you say the same sound -- Pangilinan, that’s how we pronounce the “ng” in the Philippines 😁
