Original Degree duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
1 Photocopy of the Degree
Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant.
In Case the person or his blood relative is not present in the residing country, he will give Authority letter To Any Other Person, and it should be Attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs Pakistan / Pakistan Missions Abroad.

In Pakistan:
MOFA Pakistan walk-in and online dono available h shyad abi, MOFA Pakistan Online me thora zeada time lagta h. ap current updates check kr lena, I am not sure about MOFA Pakistan.
Emirates Post (service fees start from 31.5 AED) ye select ki mein na from Pakistan.Yaha TCS or DHL etc tu ni aa raha
Documents issued outside the United Arab Emirates:
Documents must first be attested by a UAE Embassy or Consulate abroad or by an accredited foreign mission in the UAE. Once documents are attested, you must apply online for attestation in the UAE available on MoFA’s official website or UAE MOFA smartphone application.

Brother i just submitted the application for degree attestation but unfortunately somehow i misssrd the courier service option and at the time i didn't knew i just paid 150 Aed and now I'm not getting any options for courier service

For testing: I just tried to submit my application without delivery provider, but i am unable to submit it.

I don't have any solution for this right now, but you can try this.
Open main page, you will see 'Check Status' below 'start service'. Click on it.
Home > Services > My Workspace
In the bottom you will find your request ID. Open it. then Documents section.
If you are able to edit your submitted request, go for it.
otherwise you will have to contact customer support of MOFA UAE.

Please check your MOFA UAE online Portal. Check your courier service (any warning/alert).
Based on my experience, the person will come directly to the address you provided on the date you selected when filling out the form.
He came around 3pm to pick up my documents without any prior contact.
