Both Megaman and Megaman X series of games obviously took inspiration from Astroboy. Right down to the robot hunters being the Mavrick hunters and one of them having a design similar to Sigma.

When I watch the 'Astro Boy Atom' TV series and movies, it feels like Walt Disney Studios.
So, if a new remake "Astro Boy Atom" movies and TV series are released in the long-term future, we hope "Astro Boy Atom" movies and TV series should/will be produced by Walt Disney Animation Studio.
I would even like a lot of (3D) cameo characters (+ humans&robots) (in the new (different) ancestor universe) from other Walt Disney Studio movies to be featured in these TV series and movies.

I like 2003 and 83 both adress tones Osamu wanted, to convey, but the 2003 uses addresses the threats of war caused by racism and hate could cause greater harm.
