It sounds like you and I had a similar time with these irons over the year and the new paradym ai smoke. It's amazing how much a newer year can help improve your game.
@@1ifbyland2ifbysea Year? oh no, I am AI, my accumulation of 126.9 billion data points took me just seconds to calculate and master my game to the point of perfection. You can do the same. Please see your local dealer and get your hands on the new Callaway AI smoke irons! Your first Albatross awaits.
Got fitted for these a few months ago. Shot dispersion is crazy good. You almost cant not hit them straight. Best feeling irons Ive hit in 25 years of playing.
gosh these are such beautiful irons and look like anyone can get ahold of these and immediately improve their scores. Hope to get my hands on them this year
I have to say these irons are the most improved looking in the whole Callaway lineup this year. I still play my XR OS once in a while over my Wilson D7 Forged irons and it’s like a walk in the park when I do. I’m interested to try these out and see how they feel.
It’s funny when a golfer (even myself) goes from GI to at least a players distance or forged style, it takes some adjustment. But going from low handicap clubs back to GI it makes you feel like why did you even switch😂
The HL feel a little more harsh than the regular version. Would be great if the high launch version felt a bit softer. I ordered the apex ai300 based on the softer feel. Looking forward to getting them!
Was using Wilson Dyna Power now using Ai smoke max fast, after 2 rounds found that I have the same distance with more height. I am 79 years old and would advise folks like me to give them a try. 18 holes 88
Im a high handicap been at it for a yr now and best round yet was a 83 but that was a pitch and putt really short open course. Harder courses ive been stuck basically in mid 90's with the occasional triple digit round. I got the apex pro 21 irons. They arent easy to hit but my thinking is if i can learn to hit something less forgiving it will help me more in the long run! Maybe my thinking is wrong😂. I am planning on getting some lessons in the next couple months also.
Ive just been fitted for a set of the standard AI's, cant wait to get my hands on them. Im a 29.4 WHC and been playing for less than a year with a second hand Nickent set. Started at a 41WHC in June 23. Watcvh me drop to below 20 in 3 months time with these bad boys
Would you recommend getting a mix of both irons? 7 through PW, I can get in the air but I have trouble getting 4, 5, and 6 in the air. Would it be better for me to do 7 through PW as AI Smoke and then 4 to 6 as AI Smoke HL?
I love how Callaway throws "AI" into the names of these like they are really on some cutting edge of AI, when they aren't doing anything special, and every other manufacturer is literally doing the same thing. "We use AI to determine where people are hitting the ball of the face of the club and design the club accordingly." Wow, so innovative!
These golf companies ( Not just Callaway ) come out " with these " new clubs but in reality there not much difference from golf clubs in the last ten years
Literally went from never swinging a club in my life to being able to play golf and shoot 85. These clubs literally teach you how to play golf like for real for real and if anyone accusing me of lying I’m totally not because it’s so true
Am I the only person who realizes he hit the AI smoke the same distance as the AI Smoke HL? If the carry is the same, definitely go with higher and more spin.
All marketing now in golf with a 30 degree reconsidered high launch. Id say every golfer needs help with launch and dosent help when manufacturers are turning 7 irons into 5 irons. Golf equipment is so expensive with players wondering why they cant hit there irons as good as before because of strong lofts. Also very little difference in yardage between irons with 4 wedges now required. All marketing tools for money. 😮
I really hate the name ai, it feels like everyone wants to sound coool and be part of the club. To be completely honest this turns me off and makes me look at different brands. As someone who is active in technology including the ai field i have seen so many claims of AI while it wasn't, looking at the claims on the website using 1 mil datapoints on your own AI model 'AI smart face and machine learning' triggers all my alarm bells. So here is a quick question, what AI engine is under the hood of your ai model? Maybe i am completely wrong and Callaway is using a advanced model and in that case ill eat the words above, at the same time ... I have seen to many claims of AI.
Apparently they now have an ex Titleist engineer and I've heard comment that's why these look more like Titleist than Callaway. They look very good behind the ball.
Yeah but it helps to sell it as a full bag sometimes. But at least there’s always the Apex line, P7XX, i210 and stuff like that. Titleist is boss for sticking to a small lineup of options but cover all skill levels.
Just got fitted for these after starting out with a Callaway Edge set… I’m excited and added about 20yards and pure strikes to my 5-9 irons!
I went from a 37 handicap to a +3 with these new clubs. Thank you Callaway!! Love, AI
😂😂haha

Isn’t not hitting them straight a bad thing?

This is a no brainer! Thank you Callaway!

I went from a 125 to banging L.A 3s, thanks Callaway!

The fact a 30 degree 7 iron is now considered “high launch” is crazy
Again I commented on the short for the driver and now here… I’ll take a set of these also Ty in advance… 😅

Where should I go to get fitted? And then do they order them to your personal fit?
And what has the result been to your game?

Is callaway going to come out with any black irons finish this year?
I saw a review that these had little to no spin on them? Is that true

How many times did this guy get paid to say "AI". Absolutely ridiculous
Thinking of trading in my p790s for these, what do you think? Good idea?
Yes absolutely
All the used , early years made, built clubs irons in golfs...I do missed so many of it, now, are the times, do recap for it .....soon ....
are they light ?
Yes I have them and they are the best irons I ever bought
What pga pro is playing these iron or do they use something else?
Absolutely zero
None of them lol. This is a weekend hacker's set of clubs
These golf companies ( Not just Callaway ) come out " with these " new clubs but in reality there not much difference from golf clubs in the last ten years
AI will sucker people in
Oh yay another shovel with a fancy name
They’re not shovel like

Get rid of the graphics, Callaway. These are great products but the aesthetics cheapen the look.
Lol what graphics the only other club with less graphics is titleist
Take my money.
Jees how many times can this guy drop his name, I thought I was watching a Callaway video....these look like the tommy armour 845's
you mean the two times the World of Wunder website is mentioned? At the top and the end? Yah that's a egregious.
@@johnnywundergolf4156yup, and its still too much 😂😂, you're the reason I don't buy Callaway
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 respect for being so principled
Dude u guys just copied Mizuno jpx hot metal HL😂
Why do you bother releasing your own reviews on your own clubs?
100% not bias lol

Great but feel is terrible
No need to yell mate.
These clubs looks terrible.
Literally just a T300 rip off entirely. Your engineers suck
Apparently they now have an ex Titleist engineer and I've heard comment that's why these look more like Titleist than Callaway. They look very good behind the ball.
Pure bs. They look horrible
No irons are worth that amount of money
These look terrible lol
Golf is such a scam.
Your birth is! I love my Ai Smoke, but you wanted to bring yours! Aight then…..
@ you just got suckered by good marketing
Hate when they do the "stealth" and the "rogue" irons with the driver. its just really cheesy.

I get it, but its just corny@@marcuscastillo514
Titleist sucks ass
Oh dear! 😂
