Finally! We are Sharpening! Wicked Edge Gen 3 Pro

Finally we got our Wicked Edge Gen 3 Pro! We are now sharpening in our store! Super happy with the consistent edges we can produce over and over with this system. We now offer precision edges to our customers for their kitchen knives, fixed blades, and folding pocket knives.

Get yourself the 1600/2200 and the 3000/glass platen stones (if you haven't already). Use the glass platen for that diamond film they provided. They will take your sharpness to another level. When all done on the Wicked Edge, I like to strop on a piece of hard cardboard (no corrugated) with some 50k or 100k diamond compound. You'll then be able to do clean push cuts with all your blades rather than slicing motions. I also find the 50/80 stone nice for those really terrible knives to help speed up the initial grinds on badly worn knives. I really wish I had picked up the 50/80 sooner to be honest due to all the extra effort I had to put into so many knives.

We got a wicked edge pro pak 2 a few years ago gotta say there amazing hundreds of knives and have only replaced a few stones. That's a killer system you got there Travis makes me wanna upgrade ✌️

Pretty impressed, keep thinking about getting into sharpening and that’s one of the cooler setups I’ve seen, out of curiosity how many practice knives before you entertain the thought of putting a K2 collector in those clamps for sharpening ? Thanks for the Look 😎

I think we need more stones but they go up to 3000 but I want 10000 8000 6000
