I don't think that drinking at night will be good but I'm sure that drinking in the morning empty stomach is the best option also remember that the water should be warm it'll help in weight loss as well and if you once stop drinking the effectiveness will start to fade and your skin will come back to as it was so it's better to continue drinking it
