Great restoration sir, isang tip po sa frame painting para smooth ang kakalabasan ng paint job if you're using spray cans, try mo mag wet sanding with dishwashing liquid, start from 2000 grit then use 1800-1600 grit, then use 2000 grit again to finish. Then apply clear coat and repeat wet sanding until smooth

Try using lighter layer of the paint and give it more time between them. If you cover the whole bike at once, it gets oversprayed and creat a orange skin effect instead of a smothie surface.

Our host has skills, that's for sure. Lots of techniques and processes are demonstrated here that are potentially useful to a restorer/modifier, but the results are a matter of one's own sense of aesthetics. The title says it all: "Restoration???" This is not a restoration but a series of decisions that result in a decent quality bike that's back in service and attractive but in its new state bears little resemblance to the original. That's perfectly fine and very much preferable to this bike ending up in a landfill or a recycling yard (pun more or less intended).

Thumbs up man. Really good job youve done. One small detail or good tip for you, do not grind the rusty screws, change them or if its not possible give them little bit of paint. With all that moisture /humidity in your country they will be in the same condition in short time. Also metal plating with copper or zinc is not so difficult in home conditions. Отличная работа, хороший вкус, золотые руки! Есть пару моментов для лучшего результата, колпачки переключателей, можно было отполировать до прозрачного цвета и убрать жёлтый цвет, наждачной шкуркой 800/1500/2000/2500 + немного полироль. Также наносить смазку не пальцем, а медицинским шприцем, чтобы не пачкать всё смазкой и лишний раз её не вытирать тряпкой. И на мой взгляд не хватает немного белого цвета в деталях.
