I really want to understand this narrative of Ghanaians, why is it that everyone says Ghanaians are this, Ghanaians are that? Is it because they are programmed to think so?
Oh well I thank God I live freely. I lived in Italy for 13years and never had problems or these ideas about others.
Been in America for ten years and I haven't had any issues.
I had more friends in Italy because that's where I grew up but in America, am more indoor and I've very few friends, actually my childhood friends since 1993.
We met in primary school and we're still so close.

    You have spoken well Sis.
Many Ghanaians living in Germany here are doing the same mistakes. They don't encourage their kids to study and focus on how to get a better Position in the System. They don't want to learn how to speak the language. They will be given alot of excuses and they will be wasting their time, before you know, the kids will be discouraged to learn to go higher. I personally encourage all my kids to study and become a better Person in the Society. Nice Shows, keep it up bro. Ghanaians should stop all these Tribalism that is killing many. Let us united ourselves and make our Nation great👍👍We need to help one another and cherish with each other. One Love❤️❤️❤️. Some of them, are Ungrateful. If you help them, later they will turned against me with no reasons. They pretend to like you, after they get whatever they get. They reject you immediately. It is very bad behavior 🤔🤔🤔

My little advice for Ghanaians who are “scared” to relate with other Ghanaians is that,in Life whoever you are dealing with, you have to be vigilant and not feel the pressure of competition.Choose your circle carefully and always aspire to better yourself.Example If my friend makes good money and can afford a range ,I will thank God for her and work hard to attain the good things you also want for yourself and stay away from people who do not help you better yourself and pull you down .Relationships are very important but know who you are and set boundaries. We are the same Ghanaians who come here to complain . Talk less, educate yourself, seek opportunities,be humble and don’t believe everything someone tells you about other Ghanaians . Be your best self where you are and stay in your lane.!! Nipa hohia..!!

Ghanaians are generally slow with learning a new language than other Africans, that is true. Too much love for the Twi. I know many people in Accra for 50 years living directly among Ga in their predominant areas but knows zero Ga. The same attitude is taken to abroad. I lived in Ga homes in Korle Gonno and Laterbiokorshie for 5 years and got fluent by the time I left Ghana.

Was already having the exposure thanks to the course she did and the work she was doing. Having stayed in Italy more than 25 years I've seen that people that were brought up in the big towns and cities like Accra Tema, Kumasi ect their attitude and are different from people that were brought in villages and small towns. One has to know something more than the other person but we tend to hate people we think they know more than us. That's why sometimes we hide sensitive information from our neighbors thinking they can go far ahead of us because of insecurities. The Lady has said it all. From her educational background and the exposure she got from where she was working you can compare yourself to her if you've lived at somewhere Kintampo or a village near Kumasi or Brekum or Dormaa and compare yourself to her even without any education. We don't want accept that.

How can you put all your eggs in one basket all in the name of my children will not go and live in Ghana. Dj nyame, I think you should be encouraging ghanaians in the diaspora to secure properties in Ghana(houses) because it also employs the youth who are in the building and construction sector.

My children grew up in Italy and they speak four languages including English. If one is lazy there's nothing you can do. Period. Ghanaians like to congregate among themselves and refuse to mix up with other nationalities so what do expect to learn?.

You love Italy, we also love UK. Most of my friends at work came from Italy and Germany and there's no turning back for them. They're making it better here. You don't need to do two or more jobs.
