UT-Austin and Texas A&M: Partners in the Giant Magellan Telescope

The University of Texas and Texas A&M University are founding partners of the Giant Magellan Telescope. This next-generation giant telescope, still in the planning and fundraising stages, will tackle exciting astronomical mysteries like dark energy, dark matter, and understanding extrasolar planets.
