Excellent. Overall, I really like all the video I have watched so far from your channel, so information and educative. Especially the way it was all explained with a case study. Thank you so much for all the effort you have invested in making it.
I would like to know more about story points, velocity, do you have any video which explains in detail about story points, velocity, since it was little vague for me to understand, if so please can you share the link. Once again thank you so much.

👌👌
Like this can you make it for Scrum master also
Can you make the same for waterfall methodology in detail?
good effort to be appreciated. However, my understanding is, the scrum framework (as per the scrum guide) does not mention the Business Analyst role, sprint zero, sprint refinement, etc. Also, the max. duration of the daily scrum is 15 min.

Wow.. I dont have words to praise you. I had lots of quires before playing this videos but as the video passes my quires was getting solved. I am lucky to find this channel to learn about BA. Every points explained very cleanly. Thank You So Much!
just one doubt i have here, Once all the MPV feature devolved and went LIVE then what will happen with the epic\user stories which was separated\ neglected from MVP list in Sprint 0 phase.
Thanks for the feedback.
The features that were not considered will be considered in the next sprints..
Amazing way to explain Agile in the simplest way possible. Ironically, I have been using Food Delivery app as an example in my BA trainings too since long :)
Just a small suggestion from my end. Please stick to the Scrum Guide created by Scrum creators while listing out Scrum events etc. That would avoid confusion and adds authenticity to your videos.
thanks a lot for the feedback. Much appreciated!
Regarding the events, we believe these are the events followed in scrum agile process (Sprint refinement) may not be listed in guides, but this is what is followed practically by the scrum teams, if you could maybe highlight where you are seeing the discrepancy, we can discuss further. Thank you !
Hello
Please explain on the story points. Does 13 story points mean 13 days of user story completion?
One story point is the effort taken by the team to complete the smallest task. Having that as a reference, others tasks ate estimated. Doesn't mean days. It is particular to that particular scrum team. 13 story points Doesn't mean 13 days of user story.
Thanks you for video. I have question - if developer cannot provide output from languages knowledge he/ she has, can we say stakeholder to wait for output or change developer who know different language
We should get a developer with correct skillset and work on it.
