Yesssss! After seeing Z when I watched Dragon Ball I was like, "oh, Yamcha was actually legit" and seeing him and so many others have relevance in the original series was so enjoyable for me.
@@vascotoys I watched the entire series in chronological order so you could imagine how sad I was when yamcha was so quickly outclassed, not even to mention the fact oolong and puar never shapeshift anymore
@@mayonnaisehaphazard yes I can imagine that being a hard thing viewing it from start to finish. I love DBZ, but the original Dragon Ball Series has the better story IMO. Maybe not all the epic moments DBZ has, but very solid story that is much more grounded.

“We all know”. Actually, I didn’t know any of the “we all knows”. I’m not into the dragon ball or other Anime stuff at all and never will be. I appreciate your passion for it though. Your work with foam was pretty interesting and held my attention as I’m usually in the realm of wargaming terrain and model railroad layouts. Those sides of foam work tend to use less of the exaggerated effects used for storytelling purposes. With that said, your techniques do translate over very well to that style when applied less over the top. Thanks for sharing your journey in the hobby.

People really like that Yamcha meme a lot (especially since he retires near the end of DBZ) but he got a big boost just like the rest of the human Z fighters did in the Super manga. He's on par with Krillin and Tien who were all able to damage the platform the Tournament of Power takes place on... meaning they're all stronger in Super than even Buu or Gohan were in DBZ. It's funny to think of Yamcha kicking Super Buu's ass but he could now lol

Very interesting! I haven't had the chance to watch all of Super yet, so I didn't know that.
Yamcha is like in to 5 of strongest humans in the world!
He totally is! He also levels up a ton throughout the whole series, just can't keep up with the Saiyans and Piccolo.
