Nuuk (Greenland) Fjord Adventure - Whales and Waterfalls with Nuuk Water Taxi

Greenland's capital Nuuk is surrounded by one of the most extensive fjord systems in the world. Lacking road connections with the rest of the country, the locals take to their boats to escape into the fjords at any availability opportunity - and it's not hard to see why. The area is blessed with towering peaks, waterfalls, dramatic icebergs and, to top it all, a multitude of whales!
There are a number of operators offering trips into the fjords. We took an evening cruise with Nuuk Water Taxi - and would highly recommend them.
