I don’t know if it applies to every Pisces guy but in my case “fastest way to make him run away” happens because of massive overwhelm of presence of someone else that takes myself away from me. It is okay when I’m doing well in life. But if it is a phase of anxiety, o boy the mental health goes downhill with this ‘losing oneself’. For others it is generally the opposite, presence of others make them feel more complete.

I confront in my valued relationships more than anyone I know does because the relation has to stay pure. Anything unresolved kills it for me. Confronting is extremely unsettling and overwhelming but it is a necessary pill to survive the relationship. So if there is a piscean staying away from confrontations, he’s chosen to avoid the overwhelm I just mentioned. I do dream as we all do, but we often get thrown into this stereotype of not being able to handle anything. Many of our dreams are ambitions and Pisces people are not just some piece of driftwood lost at sea. What we dream about we want to see take true form in reality and it is bothersome/destructive that we must consistently prove that we are serious much of the time. We're not lazy! I however personally differ on the confront thing (substantially). I confront in my valued relationships more than anyone I know does because the relation has to stay pure. Anything unresolved kills it for me. Confronting is extremely unsettling and overwhelming but it is a necessary pill to survive the relationship.
So if there is a piscean staying away from confrontations, he’s chosen to avoid the overwhelm I just mentioned. Either he is in emotional trouble or his character has become of a person in denial to defend himself from overwhelm (the latter kind of pisceans are seriously toxic, stay away)
