I could have a cup of wholefat, acidophilus yogurt occasionally, which I do a couple times a month. Mostly, it's beef butter, bacon and eggs. Sometimes sardines, salmon or lamb. This 71 year old is doing so well on meat based. I've eliminated my arthritis and HTN. Weight normalized. I'm studying and implementing your exercise protocols for strength, doing jiu-jitsu 3 x a week and I document everything. Thank you so very much Professor. ❤

Also , would loading with say 100+ grams of SIMPLE carbs be equivalent to, or much healthier than, consuming 100+grams of added sugar? As they are processed by the body in near enough the same way?
