My credit score was 780 but with no previous car loans. A good down payment helped me get a low percentage. Good credit history helped me a lot. If you had a previous car loan and its paid off. You will have no issue getting a car like this. If you are not making enough, don’t fomo into buying this car.

Depends where you live , for example I live in middle europe, I am also 21 , I do all that you mentioned, even have a better than average salary and I would have to live the same way for like 20 more years to afford these cars , it is much easier in the USA where the average GDP is one of the highest

After high school, Did 2 years at a community college for A.A.S degree in mechanical engineering technology then 3 month apprenticeship program in advanced manufacturing at the community college. Did CNC programming on mills and lathes and Currently working in manufacturing in a health care diagnostics company for the last year and a half… Glad to hear someone with the somewhat same education has a hellcat redeye!

Congrats man! Good stuff especially for being young and working your ass off. A couple things I would mention to help you out.... get a kill switch for your car. Hellcats are easy to get into and they are the most targeted car. A good kill switch will save your car. Also, use a credit union to refi instead of a bank. You can do that right now. I use credit unions for my cars and right now I am getting ready to buy another one and my credit union is under 4% currently up to 72 months. If you have above 700 credit score the banks can't compete.

Hellcats are a risk of being problems early on and it depreciates in value either way.

All I can say is the amount of money we make installing solar systems is outrageous and I think people should take advantage of the money especially because its a growing industry. Im thankful that my mother taught me how to start my credit and that also played a big roll on getting banks to trust me. Although vehicles depreciate a lot its always good to get something you will enjoy and dont settle for something you will not like.
Im a self employed roofer no company and man 85% of the jobs ive had from the last 2 years have been recommendations from a solar company who we have an amazing relationship with it's definitely a growing business, i also prepare the roof for solar installation but we dont install the solar's themselves just roofs.

I started crying so bad that I had to go park somewhere real quick to just let it out man just asking myself why I’m broke why this was happening to me all this. Now Im 23 I recently just got my cdl started working in the oilfields making about 90k year and I’m close to buying my freaking dream car which is that. A hellcat. im 22 and just got a hellcat. I actually went half and half with my dad since we both wanted it. 2016 hellcat 6 speed salvage title 30K from a friend.
I also have a 18 ctr - 10 2ss Camaro- 13 mustang gt- 08 c6 corvette. All salvage from an auction. Put some time into the cars but I saved money and now with them all I feel like I can’t sell them. I’ve always wanted to own many sports cars but parking them all on the street is too much. I have other cars too but no place to store them properly in this city.

Since I rebuilt them I count them as a investment since I could sell them for more. That’s my reasoning to rebuilding more. Just rebuilt a 2016 hellcat 19k miles for 30K

@@Xyz_Litty maybe he put down a lot of money or refinanced. His monthly definitely could be $110. For instance, recently I payed off a 44k Tacoma in 1 year. It was down to like 10k when I could of refinanced and payed somewhere around $100-$180 a month. Chose to pay it all off as I really don’t like payments as it is.

I recommend trying to join a apprenticeship for a CNC manufacture company. They will take care of you better. Try to find job applications for service apprentice if you have no degree. Do as much digging as you can to find the best. Don’t give up

If anyone of you young folks are listening, look into instrumentation and controls apprenticeships or schools. You will get out making 250-350k if your willing to travel. If you want to stay put and don’t mind learning another skill like operations. Any power plant will pay you 200-250k. There is a huge shortage in this field and the average age is like 57 years old. Only way out is up! I’ve been making 200k plus for for 4 years and will share pay stubs with anyone who doesn’t believe me.

Bro I fw you. I'm 22 as of yesterday and I am trying to make it up. I'm already making good money because out of high school I went to go get a job in IT and I'm working to scale my cybersecurity up. Certifications and knowledge of things is how I got so far. I'm training now to move up to a position that makes over 300k a year which is cool. My goal for this year is to have started a real-estate venture for passive income to replace that sweet w-2 income. I want to get an RV, hook up my i8 on the back, and go around buying real-estate across the country, just sleeping where I want, open skies, and unrivaled freedom. Seeing lads like you pushing P makes me proud to have not done college right off the bat. Im doing by BS in CS but using WGU which is competency based. Keep up the good work homie!

I remember when I was 16 and I started working as a porter at a run down Kia dealership making $10 an hour now I work at a body shop at age 21 as a body tech making over $100,000 a year driving a brand new Nissan Maxima SR with my car payment only being $100 a month and have my own place. All I can say is make sure you keep a good work ethic show up on time don’t call off too much and do your job how it’s supposed to be done no half ass bullshit and fucking save make sure you pay your car note on time every time only use your credit card for gas and pay it off at the end of the month and you guys will be just like me and this dude driving brand new fast ass cars living in a nice house and shit

Great advice fam, but I just had to come in argue about you saying there always going to be these type of cars newer model. Actually no, 2023 is the last year for these beast hellcats in production. I’m not where i want to be to pull the trigger for the hellcat but I’ll work for it even if I got get it used

All you need is someone to tell you, you can make it without education.
I was always told by my mom you can never get a job past McDonald's with no education. So i decided crime was better. Landed my seld in prison from 18-22. 27 now and got my shit together. Got lucky drop shipping and bought myself years to master trading.
Anyways. Car sales. Oil feilds. Even know freinds that do carpet cleaning, plumping etc etc making well into the six figures.
What I've also done for huge tax write offs is buy a few SUVs and rent them to Uber drivers. They don't cash flow much. Only around $300-400 a month after insurance maintenance etc. But... I have them under my name, I lease them to my LLC, then LLC leases then to drivers. I 1099 myself from the LLC. Uber drivers drive 25-30k miles a year. 61 cents a mile off my income. 3 cars running. Boom huge tax savings.

Kudos bro enjoy the hellcat live life to the fullest you one live once. Buuut 8-10% apr is still pretty bad. If you do the math. On a 80k car over 6 yrs you will owe an extra 30-40k JUST ON INTEREST. (I even calculated the 15k u threw down) I just want to add bro these dodge dealerships know what they are doing and the fact that they made ~around 10%~ seem not that bad is how they make their money. My advice is even after ur car payment and insurance id heavily reccomend to throw another 200-500$ every month to eliminate as much compound interest as possible. Also you said you plan to “refinance in 6 months” the Fed reserve and Jerome Powell are RASING INTEREST RATES I would shop around at ANY credit unions willing to offer a lower rate ASAP and you’ll save a lot of headache. Honestly it’s hard not to fall in love with a dodge when it’s in your hands but shit gets played out after 1-2yrs and then you realize you financially ruined a quarter or half of your monthly income for 6 yrs on a depreciating liability. Oh I know. I have the funds to pay off this car. I have a whole game plan with this car. After i refinance I’m chilling. Plus I have 12k coming in from tax write offs this year. Prob another 12-18k if I keep reinvesting my money. I plan to pay it off within a year/ 2 years

Don't do headers on a hellcat... I had a Hellcat Charger and put down 925 to the wheels on stock exhaust manifolds. Headers are a waste of cash on these cars.

I’m 18 now and wanna get into CNC I’ve worked on CNC machines making car parts and worked with cars my whole life! I just need to learn some things and I been knew about CNC. Man your doing very well and I hope that I can get into this after I finish high school or start looking at stuff!
