The problem arises from an older generation of church members/leaders, who prefer a traditional way of worship. The only problem with that is it not culturally relevant to to the current generation of church goers. The Word of God is unchanging, but the way in which we worship Him does change from generation to generation.

God and his Word is still the same, but cultures are constantly evolving and changing. imagine if Jesus was present here in 2012. Im pretty sure he wouldn't be the same as back 2,000 yrs ago (in outward appearance of course)
