lol, it is an advertisement for Gartner to make any videos for free. take what you can for free. however, the question you are asking is the kind of information you have to pay for. Gartner is an Information Technology Information corporation, the best there is, and they don't give much info away for free, they are a business after all. a good one.

This video has a lot of jargon because it eludes immense access to individual information that will benefit the corporations. It misses out on the long-term consequences of such technology on society as whole and the last line clearly nudges towards technological determinism. Of course, Gartner works for the corporations, so it serves its purpose through this video.
Creating new jargons is core business of some companies.
In my country we call that "Old wine in new bags".

Exactly Ruchi! So many people think all these are for their benefit. They do not understand that what he describes here is written by George Orwell in his classic book "1984". Mass surveillance by the Big Brother (read this as profit maximizing corporations).
