This delay comes amidst an investigation launched by Rep. Jim Jordan, the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. The investigation seeks to scrutinize Smith's handling of the evidence, which has cast doubt on the government's previous claims about the integrity of the document retrieval process.

Not under Merritt Garland, but if Trump wins, I hope he nominates either Alina Habba, Jeanne Pirro or Matthew Whittaker for Attorney General! Those are the kind of lawyers that would prosecute the likes of Jack Smith, and would clean house at the DOJ.
Those accusation must be reversed. I agree of what many were saying that this should not go to trial. It’s sad that nobody has stop this to happen.

Ask any naive or Ukraine; It is correctly pronounced "you-CRAION" - Stress is NOT on the first syllable - but on the second. Please be the first network program to pronounce it correctly.
