For this project you need this thing:
Hardware parts:
1-All.STL files need to be printed
2-Nema motor 17
3-CNC shield v3 Board
4- Arduino Uno
5- One DRV8825 Driver
6- 12V power supply
7- four ball bearing (I mentioned the size of a ball bearing in the photos)
Software :
Arduino IDE
3D Printer: Anycubic Chiron
Material: PLA - Наука та технологія
Can you provide a link for the DRV8825 Driver? Thanks!
here you go my friend m.aliexpress.com/item/32854333327.html?spm=a2g0n.productlist.0.0.75a02872vJlOrx&browser_id=20150e794ec047e68391353f946b75fb&aff_trace_key=&aff_platform=msite&m_page_id=00117e9b73e52dfdc44b7c528768f41c05cadd21a3&gclid=
With the CNC Shield, do you also need to supply the arduino with a power source?
Hello my friend, yes you must
really liked it. I'll try to do it when I have time :) thanks for sharing
I followed literally step by step and all my stepper motor does is vibrate!!!!!!! THIS IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even threw my older stepper motor away and ordered a new one thinking the old one was just bad.!!!!!!
Nice work 👍! Can you suggest, how can I estimate the number of gear teeth and stepper motor steps if I want to increase the diameter of the top table plate to 320mm? And where do I need to correct it in the sketch? Thank you))
thank you for your comment, it is very easy in fusion 360 we have spur gear by that you can make gear very easy you can look this tutorial

thank you so much for sharing precious information!
Thank you
@@3dprinterart299 What are the bearing dimensions?
What is the link code of Arduino?
www.thingiverse.com/thing:5213801/files the file name is (the code)
impressive 😍
thank you very much
It should be noted that there are jumpers on the pins for the X Axis driver that is forcing the stepper to microstep. With the A4988, all 3 jumpers has it set to 1/16th step and on the DRV8825 driver, this would be set to a 1/32nd step.
thank you for your comment
Nice project. Can you measure ball bearings for us? I can't find the size or model number.
of course my friend you can find it in my instructables acount in setp 1

Hello. I am testing my step motor at the moment. It works but the motor is very fast and i dont really know how to slow him down. And the second problem: The motor makes much noise and when i hold him by hand into the plastik gear from the turn table its even more louder. How noisy is your build? Thank you
Hello my friend, for the first problem: go to the Arduino code that I attached in the files and just decrease some of the numbers I don't remember which one is responsible for the speed but by trial and error you cant find it
for the second problem: make sure that the stepper motor driver current is adjusted if you don't know how to do that just watch this video
ua-cam.com/video/AVlee67TQxs/v-deo.html
if you adjusted the current and still the motor makes a noise you can use a silent stepper motor driver like (TMC2209) which will solve your problem.
@@3dprinterart299 thanks for your answer. I already fixed it. With the jumpers on the Board i Made 1/16 steps and now He is very quiet. But thank you for your answer. Do you think he will become even quieter with this other Driver?
@@unknown-32-49 you are welcome , yes with TMC2209 stepper motor driver it makes it even quieter
@@3dprinterart299 Okay and i Just need to Set Up 1/16 steps with the jumpers and then its more quiet?
Hello, I loved your project and I did it too, but it makes a lot of noise, what should I do to reduce the sound?
Could that board also power a standard light bulb at the same time?
i don't think so
well done 👍🏻
thank you
Great stuff! Is it possible to add the ability to adjust the rotation speed of the platform?
thank you for your comment, yes you can do that , this tutorial may help you ua-cam.com/video/_jTYygbOTuI/v-deo.html
😍
thank you
Excellent work!
nice bro
thank you so much
Very Nice Work and thank you for making the instructional video.
thank you very much, Glad you liked it
With a microwave oven motor it's easier.... 😉
thank you for your suggestion
