- After ages and ages of waffling back and forth on whether or not I needed one, I finally ordered an oxblood Coach Cassie bag in the original size, so join me for the unboxing and view my initial impressions review, as well as a size comparison between it and the Cassie 19. Check out my impromptu What's in My Bag (WIMB) segment to find out what fits inside the Cassie without over-stuffing, and see a few mod shots to see if it would be a good sized bag for you.
I thought the “no wrapping” meant a return to. So I called the 1800 number and went to the store. What I was told is that if it ships from a store, they will take off the wrapping to inspect the bag before shipping. They also remove some of the wrapping if they have to immediately take them to the floor to sell. She said the only ones that come completely wrapped are straight from the warehouse. I bought 4 in May when they were on sale.

I used to work retail with bags. I agree. The plastic bag is also removed to take the dust bag out to put the bag inside of it. The plastic is then discarded so when you open the dust bag the plastic bag is not the first thing you see it’s the actual bag itself. It’s the presentation. The excitement. The beauty.
I just got my ox blood Cassie in the mail & I am in love!!! Absolutely gorgeous! ❤️❤️❤️ I love it so much! What’s great about the Cassie is I can fit my small notebook & my sanitizing wipes which I couldn’t fit in my Cassie 19.
It really is *such* a great bag and a truly lovely shade. I don't know why I waited so long to get it. And it's amazing how much it holds. I was honestly impressed with the 19 considering how small it is, but the regular Cassie is just crazy capacity-wise. It's like my totes, but still sleek and compact.
I gave my Cassie bags back because the glazing parts at the pressure points of the opening n closing get slits n come apart I’ve had 3 different Cassie’s same thing happens to .I believe it’s the glazing

I also use my coach wristlet as my catch all or mini pochette alternative lol.. I can't justify spending so much money on such a tiny pouch although I'm so in love with it. Lol but the coach wristlet is a good alternative.

I've only recently gotten back into buying contemporary Coach bags since I'm generally more of a vintage Coach fan, but I really have been liking a lot of the recent designs and variations on older bags. I was just looking through Coach's IG and some of the upcoming 2021 bags look fantastic.

What color is your Apple Watch and where did you get the band from? I’m obsessed!!
It's actually a Fitbit Vesa 2 in rose gold, and the strap is just the dark purple one that comes with it (though I now have a gray strap for lighter outfit days).

I want to get the regular Cassie just to use the chain strap from the Cassie 19 on this bag
The 19's chain strap is FANTASTIC! Seriously, that chain was what sold me on even getting the 19 in the first place. :) If you happen to have a Coach dinky chain, it'll work well with the Cassie (and the Court), too.
The pebbled leather oxblood with the brass is tdf. TFS :)

i saw some cassies with no C turnlock. i was wondering if they’re authentic?
I think that the signature Cassies are all just regular turnlocks, but I'm not sure about any others. ( Example from Coach site: www.coach.com/cassie-crossbody-in-signature-canvas/68349.html ) Have you checked with the folks over at PurseForum's Coach Authentication thread? Any time I have an authenticity question, they've been so lovely helping me figure out what is legit. I hope you're able to get a definitive answer!!
