Hope Gabby took the headphones off while driving. If she has them on, if someone's honking horn at her for some reason, or siren from police car, ambulance, fire truck, be harder to hear them.
She will most likely be stopped by police and maybe get a ticket.
She can hear! She doesn't play music in them

Exactly muffle the noise, so she wouldn’t be able to hear potential danger until likely too late. As I understand it you can wear a single hands free earbud while driving in Ontario but not headphones. There is a reason WHY.. if she’s in the car what noise is she muffling? You? I mean she can turn the radio off.

Honestly, mind your own business for 1, for 2, it’s very rude to try and TELL her what to do with her whole life. I don’t get why so many of y’all think it’s ok to constantly tell her what she better do. I get that it’s a safety thing, but you don’t realize what goes on behind camera. They edit a lot of it out.
@@JayceeChandler-hj6fgCompletely get what you're saying, but Gabby drove away with the headphones on, meaning she very likely kept them on whilst she was driving. An earlier comment mentions she uses them to muffle sound, but being in control of a vehicle the last thing you really need to be doing is muffling the noises around you.
You need to be visually aware at all times, but crucially need to be able to properly hear as well, and the headphones will not be helping with that.
Wow I really hope there’s never an emergency services vehicle behind gabby with their sirens on, because with those headphones it’s very unlikely she’d hear it. So irresponsible

Isn’t it the law that you have to have a rearview mirror in Canada? I’m not seeing one in Gabby’s car. I think we have to have them here in the states to pass a safety inspection.
Maybe its good she is everything you didnt want. You thought Finn was everything and he ended up not being for a while (which is totally ok). Its a sign! Lol so happy for you guys hopefully finding the perfect horse!!

For what it’s worth, sometimes exactly what you need isn’t exactly what you would have chosen for yourself. I rode plenty of mares in lessons growing up and liked several of them quite a lot but I never thought I’d end up owning one and didn’t really want to. Then by sheer chance I came across a horse in a loose pen at an auction who I actually thought was a gelding until after I purchased her and I had no idea if she was even handled or remotely sane. She has turned out to be the most biddable mare with the best personality and took so well to saddle training even at 11 years old.

Wow it doesn’t seem like it’s been a year since Gabby got her car and now she’s driving to school 🎉🎉 hopefully it all works out for doing the lease on the new horse it will be so nice to see Sophie riding again

High head carriage is not the worst thing. I always think of it as a safety feature, gives you something to grab on to if things go wrong.

My horse was everything I said I didn’t want! She’s now everything I’d ever want in a horse! Shes my horse of a lifetime for sure! Sometimes these things happen! I said when looking for Brandy eight years ago now; “I don’t want a bay, I don’t want a mare and I don’t want anything below the age of four”
Brandy back then was 2, she’s a mare and she’s bay 🤣🤣
She’s now 10 and still with me and won’t ever go to anyone else! Hopefully your trial and lease works with this horse for Sophie 👍🏼

My kids and your kids are the same ages so I feel the same sadness over how fun things used to be. I miss your kids when they were little too. The memories are bittersweet. But life always changes and that's how it's supposed to be. Is there a certain driving law in Canada where Gabby is just now driving to school on her own? My daughter has been driving for awhile.
They have to wait a year after they get their permit! I appreciate you get the sadness at having them change but still love seeing who they become!
