    That is really very pretty and unique. Thanks for showing us how you made it. I hadn't realized there were gaps in the lengths between the beads, etc.
    I think you'll get a laugh out of this. I was serving up whole string beans the other day, using a pair of tongs. As I moved the beans from the bowl to the plate, I said - without even thinking about it - Wee! No kidding! It made me smile. I had not even thought to say that. So, it happened yet again the other day, I had stood up too fast and was slightly dizzy and what did I automatically say? Weee! Actually I think I've been saying "Oo-wee" which I am certain you have said. This is the second thing I've picked up from watching junk journal videos. I don't know where the other one I picked up came from. I will put something down, place it specifically and say "That's that!" Is that something you've said?
    I've always picked up accents, facial tics and such very easily. Looks like I'm picking up little phrases here and there. Please don't change - it's part of your 'string of charm(s)' . ;) ❣

    Miss Julie, this dangle turned out so very pretty. I love how you put them on randomly and the different shapes of the beads and spacers along with the charms turn out so amazing. I have started collecting beads and spacers etc. so I will have a go at this for my very first journal that I made about a year ago and it was one that I followed that you did as your first journal I believe about 3 years ago, The Diary of an Edwardian Lady. You helped me when I had questions about making it. I am so thankful for your help on my journal. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)

    I have a friend who is legally blind and she makes gorgeous quilts. They turn out perfect. Points matching, no mistakes. She has her tools marked to help her. If you didn't know that she is blind, you would swear that she could see normally. I sometimes forget and try showing her something in a store while I'm several feet away from her. She does not let her blindness affect her.
    I made a key chain using beads. Unfortunately the jump rings would be open just enough or I didn't get the wire with the bead on it, closed as well as they needed to be. The beads kept falling off. I don't even know where it is now. I would like to find it and make some dangles. I have way too much stuff. I have a couple of boxes by the door to be donated, but they are too heavy for me.

    • @CameliaCraftsDesigns
      @CameliaCraftsDesigns  11 місяців тому

      It's amazing isn't it. Many years ago i worked in a shop in a tiny village where chatting to customers was all part of the job and i learned alot from a lady who like your friend was registered blind, but had some vision. She too was fiercely independent and very creative at finding work arounds. Before meeting her i used to think all blind people had no vision at all.
      Maybe a dangle like this would be good as the beads won't fall off so easilly. Thanks for watching lovely☺️🤗💜

Seriously, I enjoy all your conversation (I am from the South, USA) and I caption most of my watches, 'cause I don't understand all the words, you know! Yes, you know! I have trouble finding the correct needle; after watching you I don't have to even have one! You have taught an old lady so much, and you give us all an incentive to create. Keep on showing us how❣

    Queen Victoria always said "we" when speaking in the first person, as in, "We are not amused". Anyone who took humbrage likely would have suffered the consequences. 😂 For my part, we *are* amused. It's veddy, veddy British, so, "You be you"!

    You always make a craft topic fun & funny! It’s somehow reassuring to see you deal with broken beads, holes too small, frayed thread,… because you always figure a way out! I have never seen someone get a knot where they actually wanted it, I was sure there must be a way, but I couldn’t figure it out! I’m going to try your method with the pokey tool, I hope it’s not just for right-handers! I’m eager to give this a try, just have to gather some goodies! Could you also show us how to make the glue-bottle dangles? I understand the beading part, but not how you start it & connect it to a pin! Thanks so much, Julie! It’s always a good time with you! Erica❤
