Вставка
- Опубліковано 8 вер 2024
- Sometime ago two urban explorers entered this abandoned building. Only one made it out alive. This an introduction and rare look inside the building where an urban explorer died. This is one of the saddest abandoned videos I will share very soon.
Thank you so much for watching everyone

Dane, I work in facilities handling industrial chemicals, be careful. Many chemicals can be hazardous when inhaled acute or chronic. When this place was abandoned, they left behind what they didn't want to pay for having disposed of. What is most expensive to dispose of, is often the most toxic / lethal.
In a place like this, not only is there a risk of being crushed from something collapsing, your long term health can be affected.
3:45 . . . The Sigma Cure 7210A UCB Pt1 is here: www.ha-international.com/tds/330852.pdf
A two-part phenolic resin base. It doesn't seem to be as dangerous as the Pt2, which would have the isocyanates, but that could very well have leaked onto the ground from one of the other crushed / broken totes.
Actually, after visiting the HA-International web site to find out what the chemical is, this proves to be rather fascinating. They apparently make chemicals specifically for foundries, in this case the 7210A is a two-part blend (like a twin-tube epoxy most people would be familiar with), intended to be blended with casting sand, or clay, which you may have found in the bags at 7:27 in the video. I would assume this phenolic resin blended with the sand would be used to maintain the shape of the casting sand when molten metals are poured into it. But I am only guessing, because I don't have a clue about foundries.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and research. It is appreciated by some.
Sure. I also shared this video with HA International. Most chemical producers are VERY concerned with the correct use and even disposal of their products from 'cradle to grave'. Although it is by no means their fault for the foundry abandoning and allowing the chemical containers to deteriorate and leak, they _may_ choose to take action and have them removed and the area cleaned.
Thank you. Sorry for the late reply.
Wow! Hazmat suits definitely required. Massive respect for this explore, and the dangers that you risked. Thank you for your work.
I absolutely love the filth inside this place.
As pointed out below ... there is a "CREATURE", an apparition of some kind, moving to hide behind the white containers 2:45 - 2:46. It is large, circular in shape and very fast.
You mean that elusive cryptid known to many as a lens flare??
@@ThinkerOnTheBus dude - don't ruin reality for these people ... next you'll be telling them that god is really just an ingenious tool created to control the weak minded ...
Rule # 1-When in doubt leave the area ASAP.
Thanks my friend Dane for sharing this video with me about Trailer: the dangerous Abandoned factory where some one died while exploring it that sounds creepy my friend and thanks for sharing it and i can't wait to see your next video my friend. and God Bless you my friend.
Horrible.... I wish your safety for every urban explore you do
One the worst stories I ever heard. I feel sorry for the family.
Oh wow, I hope you have a mask on. Stay safe and warm.
Need to tear this down!
They sure do. This place is a hazard
Lens flare sure is spooky in these parts lol
Sad. Be careful
man if this place was to catch fire...be a 5 alarm in seconds
2:44-45 something hides really quickly being the white square containers as he pans the camera on them!! It's really quite odd??

Ce ce Rae
Are you referring to the lens flare???
@@ThinkerOnTheBus no there is something there which moves and hides really quickly keep looking at the white square containers, in-between them at about 2:44-2:46 my timing might of been a bit off yesterday but if you look carefully you will see it !!
@@cecerae8637 I watched it again and again and I saw nothing.
Thank you for the tour, but you shouldn’t risk your life for this. That toxic stuff will eat your lungs up. How did the urban explorer die? Did he climb up the pipes and fall, or did he fall down a hole?
Very nice 👌 🎥 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2020 🎁 🎄 🎅 Greetings from Poland
Your last video as Urbex Dane? Hope you are just changing your name or something. Love your videos.
What made you reach this conclusion? The channel name and video titles still state Urbex Dane.

@@eily_b Dang, good catch. I watched the video to the end, but didn't pay attention to the black end screen.
I have to state I agree with you. Dane makes excellent videos and doesn't need to change anything.
In fact, I think I have been watching Dane's videos and been a subscriber since his subscriber count was in the low hundreds. Dane now has 59,200 subscribers now... hope he sticks with us!!
@@LakeNipissing Let's just hope he is not giving up completely on urbexing...
Hi Dane, it's always so sad to see that another adventurer/urbexer has died, please be careful and put a mask on with those chemicals as some can be odourless. xx
Great video Dane. I wonder where that doll came from? That thing was eerie. Some toxic chemicals in factories are labeled as such but sometimes they have a data sheet that the employees have to read that aren't attached to the containers so just be careful please. Take care and stay warm.
Companies should be held accountable for their destruction and pollution. They should be held accountable when people die on property they abandon. How disgraceful. That's capitalism without regulation for you.
What capitalism???
Stop being a parrot, and engage in some analytical thinking once and awhile!
Great looking location UD it's crazy they left that large amount of toxic chemicals just sitting there crazy story about the person who died
I work at the Ford Factory here in Kansas City. Those big plastic jugs with the metal bars around them look just like the ones we have that are full of windshield fluid, transmission fluid, break fluids, etc that they have on the line hooked up to hoses to quickly fill during auto assembly.
True. Used for just about anything. I work at chemical plants. Those 1,000 Liter totes can be used to contain everything from ultra pure de-ionized water, to the most toxic chemicals synthesized.
That entrance tho ... and that witch doll creeeeppppyyyyyy
is this gates rubber in Colorado??
Wait...your last video as UD? I hope you’re only changing your channel name and not stopping exploring places 😬 I always enjoy your urbex videos.
Dropping the urbex. Its confusing to people who don't know what urban exploring is. You can always call me UD.
@@UrbexDane I must admit I was very sad when I read that bit where you said this next will be your last, I have been subbed to you for quite a while and I'm so happy to see this comment. Much love Dane ;). xx
Been a minute Dane. Hope your well
Went to Google. A lot of articles about explorer deaths!!!😳

Don't worry, that's just the repulsion gel!
So the explorer lost his between 2010 or 2011...Wow look like place where you need to now how to be a Experience Urbex Explorer like Dane ..R.I.P
Is this place just left open so that you can get in is there fence around the building? Just be safe yourself!
Do you know what kind of factory it was ?
Razor wire fence. I went underground 🤫
It’s oil based because there’s a funnel attached to it ?
im surprised there is no graffiti in this huge abandoned factory
Very hard to get into this place Carl. Especially after the accident.

Wait until February?
@@UrbexDane yes thats when i am going down there to nyc

Dane I have nominated your video to NukesTop5, as there is an apparition in it.
Some extra views if it gets included. :)

Gosh, I feel bad for what went wrong.
Be creative when changing your UA-cam Channel name, Dane.
Man, I'm hoping you're not quitting, you're one of the only semi-local dudes in my area that does this stuff. :( I guess we'll just have to wait for the next video, eh? lol
