My God am I so glad I stumbled upon this. I am having the most difficult time right now because I am purging everybody in my life that has no worth or value to me. That's because for years and years and years I've been placating my life keeping relationships that kept me from being myself. Now I am diluting My relationships and the people closest to me don't understand this concept of sigma. They just think I want to be combative and difficult and think I'ma know it all. Thanks because I sent this to the last couple of people that I want in my circle. If they don't get it then I'm moving to Alaska.
I hate to bear bad news but I went through that about 15 years ago and wound up moving to Montana from Arizona the same thing is going to happen except for one thing it seems like the farther North you move the more sigmas there are ,now I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing

I think it's worth mentioning that sigma males don't brag about who they are, but rather they let themselves be by doing whatever they set their mind on. A true sigma male always proves to himself that he can do anything rather than show their deeds to others.

One of my best male friends is a sigma and I am (female)...both of us are solid extraverts as measured by Myers-Briggs, but with intuitive as our second letter. That intuitive part of the personality often mimics introversion. It's what makes us live in our heads, easily cut off energy vampires, and say no when it doesn't serve our purposes. Rather than saying Sigmas are introverts, I like to say that they love being social (with the right people anyhow) but also have no problem at all being alone. They kind of defy categories don't they...so I guess it's not a surprise that they'd have qualities of both intro- and extra-verts at times.

Sigmas are not typically hostile but don’t ever fudge up and piss one off or you’ll be in a world of pain when you least expect it.
Your thoughts please, I’ve recently discovered this SIGMA stuff, I’ve watched approx 150 vids over last 6 months, I’m 95% SIGMA, my dad died when I was 23, I’m now 60, just thinking, my old man was “different”, I suspect he was actually a SIGMA too!? Is this trait passed down? I have 2 sons, 27 and 18, I’m not sure about them!

So this is the part that strikes me odd ,and I've been doing a lot of research in this, sigma and psychopaths have the exact same traits and practices ,the only difference I can find is that some of these characteristics are done for different reasons ,that's the only thing that separates the two, if there actually is a separation ,so I have been diagnosed with grandiose psychopathy, being a sigma ,and having adhd and I cannot for the life of Me separate these , I have taken every test that I can find and almost strangely I score 100% qualify for each of them And the psychopathy test I scored a perfect 40 out of 40 6 times at one time a 39 out of 40 and I have been diagnosed by some of the best professionals in the country , has anybody else run into this conundrum? And I figure I'm going to have a lot of explaining to do if I am just a sigma and not a psychopath Because I'm willing to bet that Sigmas would look down upon their persona having serial killer attached to it now I know all the psychopaths that I hang out with it's almost a badge of honor ,I just don't know that it's going to go over so well in different circles

In either case, in my opinion, the purpose of life is to actively thrive and try to improve the actual workings of the algorithms that run the simulation itself. In so doing, I believe we have some control over our own destiny. Do we need to start a national registry and have card carrying members , Maybe have an initiation or something like that ,or Membership fees? If we don't all these betas are gonna try and start calling themselves Sigmas just so they can be cool ,and of course the Alpha's will try to rise up against us ,because they're afraid we'll get too powerful and take all their girls, which I actually Have been doing Since junior high school,
