Yeah. Picked #1. We met when he walked into my classroom as my teacher. (I’m 43, so no preying on a young naive student here!) He was also married. This one resonated a lot. The person I was thinking of when you did this reading is a person I met while playing a MMORPG. I always hated how people don't play the game but instead play to flirt and be nasty online. I was just looking to play a game and make some friends who enjoy the role play aspect. Choosing an avatar, creating a backstory and playing through the plot of the game. I met him literally 2 weeks into playing, I was still very new. We played in a party 1 time, just came together randomly from a "world" request to help in certain battle and after that event, we were inseperable. We made our own guild, I was his second in command from that point forward. We never did anything apart. He liked my sass and I liked his kick ass humor and attitude. We bonded very well in game, but he only ever talked when I asked a question. He was never really forthcoming with conversation or offering up information. Kinda like pulling teeth, but there was instant trust there, which doesn't happen with me often. There is a reason, which I won't get into. So it was mostly just game related talk or interaction. One night about month after we met, he seemed kinda down/depressed. When I asked him why he was being so blah...he said nothing, then after a bit more persuasion, he said I reminded him of someone. I found out that afternoon that he'd lost the wife he married when he was 18. I never pushed but little by little over the next year I learned more about him and the incident that drags him down, shuts him out and keeps him solatary and in the shadows. His life, in his world....he lives dark and dangerous he told me, and he realized after a short time away that I am his light and I make him feel human.
