MATATA as a group is slowly and surely defining the kenyan music .To begin with the audio is crystal clear - had to listen with dolby atmos setup to clarify this. The video is awesome in aspects like: dance choreography is top notch, the camera movements, the editing, the lighting sequencing, THE BALLOONS, simple & effective storytelling . These guys just used a ordinary chic as the main character which to me is impressive. With such music the kenyan music scene is about to blow up. Mahaters wakwende uko.
Check the credits, the recording engineer is German. That's why the mix is so good. My Yamaha Mixing monitors has never sounded this good on a Kenyan record. Plus the Director (not Kenyan still) did an amazing job. These people value those little creative ideas when making any form of art.
