Tropical island paradise: powered by 100% renewable energy ?

Meet Joe Niven, volunteer coordinator of Totally Renewable Magnetic (TRM). Joe lives on Magnetic Island, which is a beautiful tropical island off the Queensland coast and within the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef. TRM is a community group auspiced by Magnetic Island Community Development Association (MICDA), that aims to reduce energy use on the Island, TRM is working towards making the island 100% powered by renewable energy by 2030.
