Can you say how much newspaper is needed?
How do you protect this without dying it. Can you apply varnish on the paper directly or you have to put a layer/prime of something first?
You may apply white glue or modpodge all over to make it strong, glossy and to some extent water proof, then apply acrylic color on it ....
