Sorry about the final part. I was working alone in the dark with a headlamp on and just couldn't get a video of the final part. Anyways, the technique works. You can tighten the brake cable by moving the brake arm back on the pinion. If you have your brake line completely tightened it is important to loosen it prior to moving the brake arm or you won't be able to get enough slack to make a difference. Hope this helps.
It’s really easy adjustment. Lose the nut by the T near the E-brake. Then remove the nut from the cable to the rear brake. Turn brake pinion just barley locking the brakes, and put the cable back on. Do that to both sides and then tighten the cable close to the T E-brake.
