Man I thought this was going to be another video of some young person who has been told too many times that they've got talent. I was blown away!!! You have one powerful voice & keep it up. AWESOME
Good voice. Good tune. Interesting story behind it - Although it was originally written by Paul Stanley/Desmond child to be put on the "Crazy Nights" album - it was rejected - So, After shopping it around, It was originally RECORDED and released by Bonnie Tyler in 88. KISS was the 3rd band in 1989 (the following year) to actually release it - Mountain released it first, then former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley released it on a solo album only 4 days before KISS dropped it on "Hot In The Shade". The 4th was then released by Robbie Beck..
Sean Wernersbach Actually, from my understanding, Bonnie Tyler's version came first, then Molly Hatchet in September 1989; Ace Frehley in October 1989; Kiss four days after that; Robin Beck, then...me! lol
@@DylanVidovich Regardless of who released it first and the subsequent time line after, I always assumed Kiss released it first and everyone else followed.
Excellent job. That vocal crescendo at the end is not easy to sing and I still can't remember the lyrics after hearing the song 100s of times. Anyway, this is such a brilliantly written song.
i really like your voice.. very good job, not only on this one (that's one of my kiss favs) but i checked out your vids and you did great on all songs you performed.. keep up with good work man !!
+Black Death 1347 Thanks, and I love that shirt! I haven't worn it probably since this video was shot. I bought it from Bulgaria, so I want it preserved, haha.
Dylan Vidovich Ha, did you get it on eBay? There's a Bulgarian seller on there who offers tons of kickass and pretty obscure metal shirts at rather reasonable prices. I've ordered from them quite a bit.
very nice job bro- check our KISS kovers at DamnWicked@youtube.com - focused more on the earlier part of their career but, as you do with your vocal tracks, we do with all of ours is, try to capture the original KISS inflection. Am interested in your opinion as i can see and appreciate your efforts and abilities in encapsulating the vey elements that make KISS such a unique and challenging original Rock band to cover. All controvesy aside, KISS are undeniably talented and diverse musicians and songwriters, hated, possibly. more than they are loved but, never, ever, overlooked!

Good job
Very Good Job /Incredible Voice / Its Hard To Sing A Kiss Song !!!
Honestly dude you sound and kinda look like Dexter Holland from the offspring awesome.
Good voice control, dude. I do the same song in an acoustic version, but I struggle with the "Johnny, better run"-line in the original tone.
Aight, you got the end of the 2nd verse. Nailing that jump then right back to the low is difficult. G'job
Bitchin' Animalize shirt. Looks OG. When you let it rip, you even sound like Paul a bit.
+Black Death 1347 Thanks, and I love that shirt! I haven't worn it probably since this video was shot. I bought it from Bulgaria, so I want it preserved, haha.
