Also grapeshot. Grapeshot is broken in any burn deck. Like Torbran or Ojer Axonil, getting a big storm count and just blasting for 5 instances of 6 damage is no joke

Any card that can't hit a player isn't really burn, it's just removal.

ok what if its a multitarget spell that deals dmg since its just 1 spell who decide in which order any effect modify the damage? in my play group they talked about layers so we thought its always creature effects than enchantments.. was it wrong? since fiery and torbran are replacement effects which says instead too.. im not sure if what say is totally true. but like to hear a detailed explanation.

Whosever trigger it is controls it. Unless its a replacement effect like Torbran then the affected player chooses the order. To resolve its all one trigger. If its bullet pointed like farewell you just go down the list I think.
