Was your seafood precooked.? Or was it fresh?
The reason it seems watery is because u put the flour in too late.. put it in when u put butter in the pan and cook the flour for a minute or so THEN add the cream.. thats called a roux!! No hate just trying to help. Try it next time!! Also, put the macaroni in AFTER the water starts boiling.. it’ll boil much faster 😃 looks delicious, i love how you seasoned it! Ive never tried the creole seasoning, ill have to!

I'm all about time management and girl... no shade and full props.... my OCD was kicking in watching this. I was like, "is her pasta water boiling? Did she cut up her meat first and prep everything?" Then I was like "oh man, she.... she didn't prep first. I hope that pasta doesn't get soggy." In end, we all have our own ways of cooking and I'm just mad I couldn't get a bowl of that. I had to go make my own. The creole seasoning was a good recommendation... I had some doubts but that ish was good. Thanks for the recipe. I'm gonna borrow some more from the comment section. LOL.

Boil on high and I usually taste the pasta to make sure it’s ready. Put in oven just for 10-15 mins on 350 just to melt the cheese and get it crispy on top ☺️
